What a wonderful night! So great to see so many past students involved or there in attendance to cheer on their friends. With almost 200 turning up, it was a great atmosphere. We look forward to seeing more alumni joining this group and towards the next concert! Congratulations Aaron (Class of 2008) to you and your team. What a conductor!

On Monday 29 January, the beloved William John Simpson (Bill) walked out of this life, and into the presence of his heavenly family. He passed peacefully with Joyce, Marita, Narelle and Andrew Levey by his side.
As a founding, governing and advisory member of the College, LMC, and Amari, his legacy lives on through his friends, family, and descendants by birth and by adoption, and the many he has quietly helped.
He is remembered as steadfast, loyal and supportive, who loved to serve God and others. If not for his encouragement and financial, emotional and spiritual support, Amari would not exist.
We invite you to the memorial and thanksgiving service this Saturday 3 February, at 11.30am at Life Ministry Centre, Chirnside Park.
In lieu of flowers, you may like to consider donating to Amari, an organisation close to Bill's heart. Details can be found at https://amari.org.au/donate/
So good this year! Well done everyone!
Wow!!🤩

Alumni Orchestra! - Dear past students of Oxley! It is with great pleasure that I announce an exciting opportunity to continue or restart your music journey in an alumni orchestra!
The orchestra welcomes any past students of Oxley Christian College to join. It is an exciting opportunity to reconnect with friends, create music, and perhaps relive some of the most memorable moments in an ensemble.
We are trying to reach out to as many past ensemble students as possible to gauge their interest and availability. We would greatly appreciate your help with the following:
1) Complete the survey via the link below.
2) Forward link to other students from your ensemble, year level, siblings or family, who may be interested.
https://forms.office.com/r/ApKtAKts1L
We are hoping to begin our first meeting in early 2024 and have our first performance later that year!
Please note that this is only an expression of interest, and not an official sign up or commitment to the orchestra. However, it is essential for us to know if you are interested, so that we can keep you updated. We would still love to hear from you even if you are not interested, so that we can stay in touch and perhaps invite you to future performances. 😊
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Aaron CHAN
Class of 2008
So incredibly blessed by the class of 2023! As they receive their results today, we pray no matter what the score, they would know they have made us all proud. Their determination, their strong work ethic, their good humour and the way they have cared for their community and each other, has been outstanding. The class of 2023 has made an incredible impression on our school. Oxley is a better place because they were in it. We are praying for your every success as you now leap forward into the next chapter of your lives!

Pastor Matt had the pleasure of catching up with Karen Chan today. Karen was our 2014 International Captain. She stopped by while on a three week holiday in Australia before heading back to Macau. Karen was suprised by how much has changed in the last few years, since her last visit. Thanks for dropping by Ka Yue Chan, we love hearing from our past students and better yet, catching up with them on campus!
(Note: Pastor Matt is dressed with “a splash of yellow” as we celebrated RUOK day today)

Oxley has changed so much in the last three years the landscape is almost unrecognisable! We invite our past students to come and visit and see the new buildings (official opening of new Middle School), new classroom technologies and new landscape. More to come! Come say hi to some of your old teachers and hopefully run into some classmates too! Saturday 6th May. 11am to 2:30pm.
Hey Guys! Who remembers pancakes at Dawn?
This morning we said farewell to the last of our old Middle Years demountable buildings. Installed in the late 80’s they have housed our Year 9 students for many years, holding many great memories. They now venture west to another school, we hope they provide many more wonderful opportunities for students.
The removal of these buildings make way for more free space for play and community building.
Our new Middle School building has been in use since the beginning of this year. The new spaces are state of the art, light bright, fresh and new!
Past students may struggle to get their bearings when they visit the school next. So much has changed in the last three years! We invite you to come for a free wander through during our Open Day, Saturday 6th May 2023. All are welcome.
Super proud!
We have seen a number of past students marry or welcome babies this year. Congratulations to Ben Ursich and Celine Laukart, tying the knot on 11.12.2022. We pray God’s richest blessings on your life together!
Amazing!
Last week, 2021 Oxley graduate Francis Lian continued his American football journey to the US to compete for Moorpark College in California. After plenty of hours of hard work, determination and honing into his craft, this is a much deserved reward for all of his efforts!
We congratulate Francis on this incredible opportunity and wish him all the best in his endeavours in the states. 🇺🇸
Good luck to Rangers U19 superstar RB as he heads off today to the United States to continue his Football journey at Moorpark College in California.
Francis joined the Rangers in 2020, and it was apparent early just how much of a powerful, dynamic back he was as he progressed into a stellar 2021 season. He continues to go from strength to strength.
We couldn’t be prouder. A huge future ahead of this young man, and can’t wait to watch his journey. The entire Ranger community is behind you!
Let’s go!
