With winter notes of red apple, raisin & mandarin our latest coffee from Guatemala is one for the espresso lovers.
This coffee comes from the 'Bella Vista' mill in Antigua, Guatemala, overseen by the skilled Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora and his dedicated team. Grown on the slopes of the Fuego, Acatenango, and Agua volcanoes, the cherries are sourced through local intermediaries and direct relationships with approximately 700 small producers. Each harvest, these producers deliver their cherries to the mill, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.

Had an amazing time at Finca Zarza, where the Pacamara coffee Jack used at the 2023 World Barista Championships was produced 🌱

Part of Jack's World Barista Champion routine involved using the wave machine and sharing his future plans to bring this technology to Zarza. Well, Jack teamed up with Jonathon and Gary to make it happen! They picked the same Pacamara variety and ran some experiments.
Jack spent a week with the incredible team, and we can't wait to see the results in the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
