Adele La Belle-Then and Now
A little background on me!
Adelina, at the age of three began training in gymnastics. She continued her gymnastic career
up until the age of 13 and then headed into the sport of Trampolining and Tumbling. Adelina represented Western Australia in Trampoline Sports on several occasions. She was also one of the first West Australians to compete interstate for Tumbling, WA had no tumble track available for training so most of her training was completed in NSW.
Adelina spent three years training under renowned Olympic Coach and Russian acrobat, Melic Tichabaev. This inspired her to audition for the National Institute of Circus Arts in Melbourne. Whilst at NICA, Adelina specialised in Hula Hoops, Spinning Meteors, Acrobatics, Comedy Vaulting and also trained in basic aerial and manipulation.
