Brioche by Philip, Ringwood is seeking an experienced Cafe Allrounder to join our team at the Ringwood Branch.

We are looking for a an individual that is:
- Looking for immediate start
- Available Part time, minimum availability at 3 full days
- Available to work on one of the weekends
- Self-motivated, strong work ethics
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Brioche by Philip is a modern French bakery and specialist coffee house. With more than 30 years experience, Philip first displayed his artisan skills in Melbourne as head baker of the internationally renowned Paul Bocuse bakery in Melbourne. French trained in Tokyo, Philip modernises traditional French style baking by adding a modern Japanese influence.
Brioche by Philip has won numerous awards (including best bakery in Melbourne and best sourdough in Melbourne) and has been featured in many newspapers, books and other publications. Brioche by Philip has truly become an iconic bakery/eatery for foodies and Melbournians alike.

Brioche by Philip Ringwood is now seeking a Barista: Part-time and Full-time. Situated in Eastland Shopping Centre outdoor precinct.

Ideal Candidate must have:
- 1 year cafe experience
- Ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, diligent, proactive
- Team player
- Professional attitude to work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Available Saturday and Sunday
