Over head to underground conversion:

This East Warby love shack is having a full renovation and extension added. In order to add a bathroom we needed to relocate the main switchboard and electricity meter.

Yarra-valliens should know that anywhere from Mt Evelyn/Montrose back is classed in a bush fire zone. Meaning that if we have to move the electricity meter, the houses supply mains will need to be put underground.

Large landscape project: Currently installing new sub mains.

This orange warning tape gets buried half way down from the top of the trench to the conduits below. To warn anyone digging there are electrical wires below.

Exciting landscaping project to come, including garden lighting and a fully man made running river, cant wait! 🦆

Very grand! New up/down lights installed on driveway pillars. These lights turn themselves on when it start to get dark, then turn off as the sun comes up. One less thing to think about!

A shiny new switchboard for this original1960s weatherboard home. Including an upgraded mains electrical supply from the street. Its getting the love it deserves with a full house rewire/renovation plus impressive rear extension.

Just putting the finishing touches on a full apartment renovation in Toorak. Often these old building are solid concrete so any new wiring needs to be recessed into the solid ceiling or walls.
The whole apartment looks beautiful and modern now. Here is a shot of the kitchen.
