Body Firm Essendon is here today providing Body Firming technology through the recent journey of finding myself again. As a wife, a mother of two and the ups, and downs I lost myself somewhere along the way. I have battled for years with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), in particular with insulin resistance and not only did my body change physically, I too lost my love for myself.
However last year I found what was right for me and HIIT classes was not one of them which I learnt the hard way. With the same commitment and determination, I have always had I tried Body Firm technology. I found the perfect combination, which was the low impact exercise, weight training, food changes that are lifestyle changes and doing it together with my best friend. Together we both lost over 20kgs and couldn’t be happier sharing each other’s success.
I found love for myself again and am eternally grateful for the ones who have supported me through this journey. 🤍
