We're excited to announce Tributary Street Park's nomination for the esteemed AILA Landscape Architecture Awards!

Tributary Street Park is the flagship play space for the growing community of 1,600 families at The Grove in Tarneit. Underpinned by the design philosophy “by the river”, The Grove’s landscape elements celebrate the estate’s connection with the Werribee River.

With an elevated adventure tunnel as its centrepiece, Tributary Street Park sparks excitement and a sense of exploration among all ages. The striking sculptural structures create a challenging play experience for senior children and are a visual landmark for residents across the estate.

Friday 28 April is Workers Memorial Day, a day to reflect and remember those workers who have lost their lives due to workplace incidents.

As ceremonies around Australia commence, Super Gardens and Green Options Health and Safety Representatives encourage you to take a minute to remember the lives affected by loss as a result of workplace incidents.

Remember the dead, fight like hell for the living.

Super Gardens and Green Options (VIC) employees had the chance to celebrate Harmony Day on March 21! It was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to share their cultural traditions and experience different cultures. All teams came together to celebrate with delicious donuts, making it a beautiful and memorable day for all.

Super Gardens team members had an amazing time at the 2023 Essendon Fields' Golf Classic on King Island last weekend. The 2-day event brought together 64 golfers, including our very own Dean Jamieson, Nathan Russon, Andrew Grasby, Mark Stanbrook, and Tom Stanbrook, who played on the world's most spectacular courses. The event raised an exceptional record total of $33,124 for Make-A-Wish Australia. We're proud to announce that our very own Dean Jamieson won the title of 2023's winner, with an impressive total of 73 points across the two days.

EF King Island Golf Classic raises record $33k for Make-A-Wish | Essendon Fields In its sixth year, the 2023 Essendon Fields’ Golf Classic on King Island was held last weekend and will now make a series of wishes come true for critically ill children. Super Gardens Landscape Division were proud to collaborate again with Stockland in bringing together A 6 star energy efficient park at one of its newest estates, "Haven" located in Altona North in Melbourne's bustling Western Suburbs.

The park has solar power for the lighting in the shelter area and harvests stormwater in underground tanks that feeds the irrigation system throughout the park. Consisting of an undercover shelter area with seating and BBQ’s as well as several drink fountains including the h20 drinking station and a climbing area, seesaw, slide, swings and an open lawn area the park will be an asset and great meeting place for the residents to catch up and celebrate milestones throughout the future.

A wonderful realisation of the vision of our client, and the hard work of our brilliant Landscape team!

Happy International Women's Day to all the mothers, daughters, sisters, grandmothers and aunties. We celebrate all the women in our Super Gardens family.

A big thank-you to Tate Griffin and the team at Sandown who were involved in the lead up to the Blue Diamond Stakes which was held at Sandown Park on Saturday. The day was a huge success drawing in a crowd of around 7,000 attendees in a meeting which included 3 group 1 races. The Blue Diamond is part of what has been a huge summer of racing for the crew at Sandown who have successfully carried out a total of 13 meetings in the last 3 months.

On behalf of Super Gardens we would like to congratulate and thank them on all their efforts.

Super Gardens have a proud history of supporting our industry through a robust Apprenticeship program. We are excited about the additional funding that new Apprentices who undertake a Cert III in Parks & Gardens will be eligible for, when they sign up on or after 1.1.2023.
All new full time apprentices will receive 4 payments of $1250 every 6 months for 2 years and all part time apprentices will receive 4 payments of $625 every 6 months for 2 years.

Earlier this week Super Gardens was proud to host a BBQ LaTrobe Bundoora to promote Men's Health Awareness. Jake Lambert from Movember attended the event to shed more light on this subject. A big thanks to LTU for supporting us in this venture and to Mark Teeuw and the brilliant SG team at LTU for the initiative. A shout out also to Joy Cupcakes who helped sweeten the deal.

A huge congratulations to Jeremy Clarke and the team at Sandhurst for winning the prestigious Commercial Landscape Management and Maintenance category at the 2022 Victorian Landscape Awards.

Congratulations to our mechanic at our Essendon Fields workshop Michael Brannan on his permanent residency.
Michael arrived on a holiday Visa in 2017, After demonstrating great work ethic and technical knowledge Super Gardens sponsored Michael for his temporary visa in 2018. We could not be more happy for him to have now finally received his permanent residency.

Earlier this year we completed landscaping works at Westbourne Grammar- Newport Campus. As you can see from the pictures a lot was achieved in a short amount of time and we couldn't have done it without our fantastic supplier and the hard work of our employees.
