We are now at levelling the concrete to ensure it is flat and ready for floorboards.

The Somers house by Kennedy Nolan is layered and rich. I do like this moody photograph.

A project by Parabolica. Lovely green garden views.

Works progressing well. Cladding and painting underway.

Eliza Blair architects created this stunning extension called Armadale Annex. Lots of daylighting and views to garden. The clever window seat also provides garden connection. The pergola and decking works in tandem with the landscaping ideas and connection to the house.

The Parkville house by Placement Architects. A small footprint but well thought out. Clever storage and kitchen windows.

A beautiful alteration. Fowler and Ward have managed to do small tweaks to the house but substantially change the program and feel of the house.

Clare Cousins courtyard house. The solid walls and parapet sits nicely on the street. There is a lovely presence to this house.

John Wardle architects Burnt earth beach house. Wonderful brown tones coupled with bright orange fabric awning works really well.

Meters Ellyett Bardon treetop house. Integration with outside and internal is on point.

Timber wall battens for the wall cladding.

Roof is underway. Roof anticon & sarking are elements people don’t see but good to have

Reitsma & Associates. Clean palette of materials & well thought out outdoor design. What more could you want.

Site glazing. It is very difficult to get large panes of glass to the right position and to fit them into the frames.

YSG Mo Jacobsen House. A beautiful designed house that delivers the client brief wonderfully. A mix of middle eastern patterns and themes intersecting with Nordic influences.

A beautiful house by Tonkin Zulaikha Greer. Using bold contrasting colours fixed against the raw material surfaces makes this house stand out. The concrete cutout ceiling has turned out as an interesting

Roof frames up. Good to see the form of the house start to take shape.

Andrew Burgess Architects. Peaceful bedroom setting can make all the difference to the start of your day.

The roof trusses have arrived. Due to tight access - it couldn’t be crane into site but moved by hand.

Garden House by Studio Bright. Making small spaces work.

A difficult transition point between the old and the new. Will have to remove one of the hi-lite windows and make the door opening wider.
