At this job me and the builder came together and did a last minute change on the stairs. As the house had alot of black finishing details we add one to the staircase to just tie it all in.

180x14mm we started this job by sanding the old solid jarrah floors but we were quick to find out the old floors had no more life in them. So we had to install new floors over the top and it was the best thing we did. The house looks more modern,lighter, bigger and fresh.
