What is Builder Gel?

Builder Gel has many names:

• Builder Gel • Structure Gel • Rubber Base • BIAB • Builder In A Bottle • Soft Gel • Strengthening Gel •

All of these are typically the same product (different brands name them differently, the key in knowing what it is or if it's the product that you nail tech uses, is what it does? And how it works?

Builder gel is a special type of a  Professional gel system that is applied to the natural nail bed to provide strength and improve the health of your natural nails.

It is applied a little thicker than regular gel polish, and it helps to allow your nails to grow without chipping or breaking.

* It lasts a minimum of 3-4 weeks!
* It does not need to be removed at your appointment each month, rather your nail tech will hand file/e-file the bulk material, leaving a thin layer and simply re-apply and rebuild the nail again with the builder gel.

This eliminates damaging nails from constant full removal and over filing of the  natural nail by soaking off gels every month. The soak off process may only be required every 3-5 months, or unless you want a colour change in the builder range.

Builder gels come in many neutral tones of pinks, peaches, whites, and clear to suit all skin tones and client preferences.
