Fascinating and complex, or down right scary.. This will all depend upon where 25 degrees of Scorpio is located in your birth chart; for me it’s my second house of material possessions, and the level of closet cleaning that’s occurring (which I’m sure is a metaphor for way deeper subconscious work) i.e the huge piles of my wardrobe now covering my bed, is proof enough for me!

As someone who is normally terrified of this terrain - (that many garments covering my favourite place in the entire world) combined with the full reveal of just how many unsuccessful online purchases I’ve made over the last 2 years, to which I must add I’m spectacularly detached (highly unusual..)

Saturn’s square to this moon, is saying ‘Get it Done’, ‘Let it Go’, but be careful of that Saturn square; the power of moon is deep and real, hence, we need to slow down and be mindful of how we get things done; or, move through the emotions revealing themselves for healing.

The analogy that’s speaking to me during this Scorpio south nodal eclipse, is one of ‘unblocking, or shifting very deep, old, constipated energies’.

I’m praying that the activations taking place under this eclipse will begin a sustained force that initiates an acknowledgment and validation of collective PTSD and the fog that it’s created.

Given how big this energy is, how deep it will dredge and how far reaching it will be (think kindness to future self), I’m offering the mantra, Om. Go Gently. Go Slowly. Be Kind. Self Nurture. Ah Hum.

Be aware that forcing what feels stuck will be counter productive, and that gentle, consistent pressure will prove to be the best way to shift and heal energy that feels stuck.

That’s why it’s highly likely, that I will be taking a moon bath and be sleeping in another room during this full moon, as there’s no way I could possibly clear or organise all the clothes from my bed, in a gentle or supportive way, by sundown this evening.. 😌

I Triphala powder I⁠

Ever since I've started taking a course of triphala powder at the seasonal interchange, I've become a big fan! The combination of the 3 dried fruits - bibitaki, haritaki and amalaki creates a tonic that cleanses both the colon & blood. As a result, you will notice after a 6-week course, your hair colour is richer, your skin is clearer and dark circles or bags around the eyes are lighter. Triphala detoxes the body and therefore also offers pain relief, this is because, from an Ayurvedic standpoint all pain in the body is an accumulation of toxins. The amla berry in triphala powder is one of the richest sources of Vitamin C, so detox aside, triphala boosts immunity via strengthening the respiratory tract and lungs. ⁠
