Are you a skilled receptionist looking for a change of scenery and a new challenge?

Bayside Comfort Solutions are the leading heating and cooling company based on the Mornington Peninsula and we are seeking an experienced administrative and reception assistant who possess a transferable skillset and is eager to join our office Team.

If you are the person we are looking for, you’ll ideally be experienced in all aspects of administration, and have a well-rounded skillset in working in a high-paced office environment. You must be able to multitask, and an intimate knowledge of Trade work would be a Bonus however not essential as we will provide you with all the training you will need.

Quality craftsmanship & luxurious high end property by Cahill Building Group // Barrington.
 
For the specifics relating to this property, we were able to fit a ducted system into the ceiling with several duct droppers throughout the internal cupboard space, thus supplying heating and cooling upstairs and downstairs.
A fully zoned system was installed, using the MY AIR zoning system where each zone can be individually controlled as required. Custom made two slot linear slots were used throughout the common areas and our new slimline bar grill range was used in the bedrooms.
 
We had to overcome some obstacles at this property. Fitting in the fan coil was a challenge so the truss manufacture had to design the trusses around our unit. A well thought out design for duct work was also a big factor here 🏡

Once again, our client didn’t want to see the outdoor unit externally, so finding the right spot to conceal the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 16KW & 28KW units, was considered in keeping with the property design for this project.

This luxury Cahill Building Group property epitomises true classic sophistication // Kingston.

// Due to the design and thought process by Cahill, we where able to fit a ducted system into the ceiling on the top floor of this property, with several concealed duct droppers throughout the cupboards, enabling us to supply extremely effective heating & cooling down-stairs also.

// Our Flinders project is 30sqm of living space with incredible 4m high ceilings.

Our brief was to deliver a heating and cooling solution that wouldn’t compromise the minimalist design of the home.

After working closely with architect Andrew Kings and the builders, Remato Constructions, we have installed 4 concealed units and one ducted system throughout.

 We have used wireless controllers to keep the walls clean and bare. Only one outdoor unit is installed which supplies all of the indoor units and will be installed in a ventilated enclosed service area so it cant be seen 👌🏼

As this property has been built out of formed concrete - All services were roughed into the slab and screed. We are really happy with the result we have achieved for our client. And can’t wait to continue working alongside the teams of trades working on this grand Flinders design.
