An update regarding pricing & cancellation policies 💜

From the 1st of June, there will be an update to our pricing across treatments and products. Much of our pricing has remained since 2019, and unfortunately with rising cost pressures this is necessary to ensure we stay true to our commitment to delivering outstanding level of service and care.

All appointments already booked will remain at our previous pricing, with any new or changed appointments going forward at the new pricing.

Recently we have also experienced an overwhelming number of no shows, and late cancellations and unfortunately it is unsustainable for us to continue with a relaxed cancellation policy.

Due to this alongside our pricing update, we will also be revising and begin enforcing a cancellation policy that is respectful to our loyal customers and reflects the value of our therapists’ time.

We truly apologise for the changes, but look forward to continuing to give our lovely loyal (and new!) clientele with the quality service and care you all deserve 🫶
