A Bridge Street benevolence 🌼 Today, we are excited to announce a very special collaborative initiative, the Kindness Blooms Project. Like us here at Polly & Co and Hello Fleur, our lovely and like-minded Bridge Street neighbours, LIVMEDIA, are always looking for ways to practise corporate and social responsibility, reduce waste, and give back to the community. When chatting with Liv, we mentioned that we are occasionally left holding surplus flowers. Liv sprouted a suggestion to give them to local community members in need - thus sewing the seed for the Kindness Blooms Project. At the end of each trading week, leftover flower bouquets will form part of a tailored gift and will be donated to various local community groups. This enables them to pay it forward to those most in need, and brighten someones day! Our first delivery today went to Calvary Muswellbrook Aged Care and Retirement Living… a bright bunch of blooms, a cute plant for their common area, and a luxurious hand cream which will be gifted to a resident. We'd like to thank LIVMEDIA for collaborating with us, and MACH Energy Mount Pleasant Operation for supporting the project. 2022 ✨ A lot has happened this year. A whole lot of amazingness! We started the year off in our cozy Weidmann Cottage, easing into the new year post lockdowns. Corrina finished up with us at the start of the year to welcome her 5th baby to the world (yes 5th baby!! Amazing mama!!). Tegan took on a bigger role with us, picking up more days and being an all round wonder-woman 🙌. And our team grew as we welcomed Kat, Jess & Camilla 😍 Kat became Mrs Wolfgang, Jess welcomed baby Matilda (we’re all smitten), and Camilla took a big leap in her own business in opening a store front (with us!!) 🧡 I’m so lucky to work with such a fab group of women! They’re the best bunch to work with, like the best of the best! 🙌🥰 We did a mini re-brand mid-year to catch up our website on what’s most important to us. And then, after almost a year of planning, we said our final goodbyes to Weidmann Cottage…. and moved just down the road to 31 Bridge St! We opened our doors on 15th November, with so many new brands, and Camilla / Hello Fleur joining us to bring you dreamy blooms in store. We achieved lots of milestones this year, and couldn’t have done it without any of you!! We love you guys, with our whole hearts. Your support means the absolute world to us 🧡 We hope you all had a merry, merry Christmas, and that you’re kicking back and enjoying the ‘what day is it?’ time between Christmas and New Year.
