It’s a 30 minute super charge we can all make time for. Designed for those who do not have a lot of time but still want to experience the amazing benefits of breathwork and meditation. In and out within 30 minutes to super charge your day.

The class begins with some breath sequences guided by Kim followed by a short guided meditation.

Time to stop, breathe and listen to your body. Relax and refresh!

Just landed… a big stack of the prettiest handmade Kantha Cot Quilts by Seeka Boo ✨

DID YOU KNOW?

Seakaboo's Kantha Cot Quilts are all handmade. The patterns on the fabric are made by artisan families from Jaipur in India. They use hand carved wooden pattern blocks which they dip into natural dyes and then stamp onto the fabric. It can take up to 2000 stamps, all done by hand, to form the design of just one quilt! 2 pieces of the fabric are then later hand stitched together by the village women, with cotton filling for extra softness and fluffiness. It's such an amazing process, making each one such a special piece.
