Did you know that you need to hydrate your skin?! While drinking plenty of water is important for your healthy skin, refreshing your face with water is another great way to keep your skin hydrated. Face mists are a great way to do this - I’ll be doing it lots today after getting a tiny bit too much sun yesterday!!

My why - why I signed up to The Body Shop at home. Originally, this was just for me - the chance to get some products for myself and my family. It has slowly progressed - never did I want to make this a "business" but over time, it has slowly built, that I now have an awesome little customer base, some who have become great friends. I am loving constantly pushing myself outside my comfort zone and trying new things - just like today, taking on the Raw Challenge!!! No way in the world would I have ever thought I could conquer something like that!!!! Bring on 2022 and see where this can take me!!

I think I'm going to need all of these items this weekend!!! Tomorrow I'm off to complete the Raw Challenge with a team of girls from the gym I attend - it is going to be muddy and wet and sloshy and so much fun!!!

I'm setting myself the goal of pushing myself where I can this year and stepping outside those comfort zones - getting out there and living positively, to make sure I'm being the best mum and wife I can!!! My first goal I'm hoping to cross off this weekend is participating in the Raw Challenge at Doyalson - I'm nervous, pumped, excited, scared and everything in between!!!!
