Our customer is swapping his discontinued Motorola CLP fleet for these lil pocket rockets from Kenwood.

Not all radios are bulky, Kenwood PKT-23 1.5W are a small form factor radio that doesn't break the bank and doesn't require a private frequency.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Steven Richard Tapping
Steve, was our technician, our radio guru, our technical genius. No matter what radio question we had for him, he would find a solution.
Steve had previous health issues, that coerced him into retirement. However, he was always keen to keep his mind active with many projects of his own.

We are grateful for all the help and time you given us. Gorilla Radio wouldn’t be here without you, and we’ll miss your qu**ky sense of humour and visiting the office in the loudest vehicles you could find.

Our Technician gets to work on all sorts of Vehicles from Water trucks to 4WD's. However, this Mini Moke, was definitely the highlight of the week.

Customer's was having issues, radio was no longer getting the coverage or clarity it used to. We sent our tech over to diagnose the radio install.

Outcome: Antenna whip needed replacing and he'll be back up and running for his next trip.
