Our own curry dukkah with Turmeric, Coconut, Cumin, Coriander, Almonds, Macadamia and fresh curry leaf.
Brinjal pickle there by , delicious locally made Indian condiments.
Salmon grown in the Marlborough Sounds by - these guys have THE lowest stocking density in the world, literally 2% salmon to 98% water - why? Because that's what's best for the fish and the environment. How good is that!
