Every Tuesday the staff from Journey Beyond Rail and the guides from Newcastle Afoot come together to tour amazing Great Southern Rail guests through the city. To celebrate his first time in Newcastle our guides Matt and Tim put Ollie from The Great Southern Rail to the test. He handled the pressure like a true customer relations pro. 😂 (note the lovely Shepherds Hill Cottage in the background)
