We know a few Blue Baggers who are sad the fun filled Modified Hockey Season in Blue had to come to an end. A shoutout out to our Moddies Joeys (U8s) Royal side on a great Season in Blue. Thanks to all the Family, Friends and Supporters who came along for the ride. Thanks to Mark 'Wh**ey' Wellham and Damien 'Shultzy' Lehmann for Coaching. We look forward to seeing all the kids back in Blue in 2025!

Junior Blue Baggers Madden Willott, Ozzie Cameron, Dustin Collins, Lucas Moore (Boys - pictured), Dior Cameron, Sammy Woolnough (Girls- unfortunately no pic) and their Hunter Sports High School Teammates hit the turf today for the Secondary Schools Hockey knockout Competition. Both the Boys and the Girls are through to the Finals in Bathurst in 2 weeks featuring the top 8 sides in NSW.

SENIOR GAME RESULTS - undefeated final day of the regular Season for the Blue Baggers. Premier League and both 2nd grade sides now Semi-Final bound. Unfortunately Season done for our 3rd, 4th and 5th grade sides.

U18 MINOR SEMI-FINAL RESULT - Strong win for our U18s side tonight to qualify for the Preliminary Final. Hope to see you out next Friday night as they look for Grand Final qualification.

Congratulations to Norths U12 Dark who are Grand Final bound. Strong 5-3 win tonight over Tigers Yellow in the Major Semi-Final tonight. With Claire Calvert 1, Sammy Woolnough 1, Oliver Brown 1 and Archie Wark 2 amongst the goals. A week off now before they hit the Grand Final on Friday 13th September 2024. See you all there!

FLASHBACK FRIDAY - With our U12 and U18 Teams hitting the Semi-Finals tonight, today we glance back at our Semi-Final teams from U11s & U17s from 2022. A few of the same faces will be hitting the turf in Blue again tonight.

GRAND FINAL NIGHT SEASON CELEBRATION & SENIOR PRESENTATION NIGHT - Save the date - Saturday 21st September 2024. Senior Grand Final Day is on Saturday this year and as is our Club tradition we have our Season celebration and Preso night the same night. Spread to the word. SENIOR GAME RESULTS - Penultimate round of the regular Season done with 4 wins and 2 losses to show for the efforts.

Disappointing end to the Season for our U12 Light side (Div 2) who were edged out 0-1 in their last game on Wednesday, before being bumped out of a Semi-Final spot by other results. We hope they all enjoyed the year and look forward to seeing them all back in Blue in 2025.

Congratulations to Norths U12 Dark side (Div 1) on winning the Minor Premiership for 2024. Great to see these Blue Baggers showing the rest of the Club the way. Great to have Blue Baggers Hudson Caban and Matt Liles (Manager) off representing NSW at the 12 Years and Under School Sport Australia Hockey Champs this week. Huddy and his NSW Teammates collected the Silver Medal after a big win over TAS today to finish the Champs. Well done you Blue Baggers.

The 12 Years and Under School Sport Australia Hockey Champs contined today for Junior Blue Bagger Hudson Caban and his NSW Teammates with mixed results. Wishing them all the best for the last day of the Champs tomorrow.

Last full Training session for all our Juniors this year with Moddies Season finishing on Saturday and not all our Junior side qualifying for the Semi-finals which start next week. Always sad when we come to the end of another fun filled Hockey Season in Junior Blue. We're going to miss seeing so many happy faces hit the turf in Junior Blue for training and for games. As a Club we are proud to have so many kids pull on the Blue Shirt of Norths. Thanks to all the Coaches, Managers, Sponsors, Parents, Family and Friends who came along for the ride. Make sure you all come back and do it again next year and why not invite a friend. Don't forget our Junior Presentation day is on Saturday 14th September at the Hockey Centre from 9:30am - hope to see you all there!

SENIOR GAME RESULTS - Premier League hit back after conceding early for a close fought win to climb back ahead of Wests in the ongoing battle with them for a Major Semi-Final spot. While both 2nd grade sides with good wins with Kane Nutley grabbing a bag of 4 goals for the Lights. Unfortunately not enough done to collect some wins in the lower grades.

Wishing all the best to Junior Blue Bagger Hudson Caban and his NSW Teammates for the 12 years and Under School Sport Australia Hockey Champs hitting off in Cairns on Monday. Huddy was selected for NSW after playing a big role in Polding winning the NSW Primary School Sports Association Champs at home in Newy a couple of months ago.

Another fun day of Modified Hockey in Blue done including a Norths Joeys (U8s) Derby. We're a little bit sad there is only one more week of Moddies to go. Surely the Season doesn't have to end!

JUNIOR GAME RESULTS - Two games for the Junior Blue Baggers tonight against West finishing with a win and a loss. Great to see the Juniors pausing pre-game for a minute silence out of respect for Cliff Monaghan after his recent sad passing. Cliff's longstanding great service to the local Hockey Community will be very much missed.
