One of the benefits of Beachside Pilates Studio is we always support and educate our clients to help them move as efficiently as possible. Small but mighty, our Studio offers personalised Pilates programs for EVERYBODY, here in Caves Beach since 2014.
We are different, we teach everyone individually and use the full range of Pilates equipment to help our Clients move well and reach their goals.
We also take the time to get to know every new client, your background, past injuries and goals, with an initial consultation so we can work with you at your pace and progress you accordingly. Semi-private sessions ( 1 highly experienced Instructor with 4 clients max) are what we mainly teach but we can also do trios , duets (great for couples) and private sessions.

It’s ANZAC Day this Thursday and out of respect, the Studio will be closed.
Our regular Thursday clients may wish to reschedule to another day?

Studio Pilates can really help people with Parkinson‘s Disease.
Today we acknowledge World Parkinson’s Day.

Just a reminder our Studio will be closed the Easter Long Weekend from Good Friday 29 March to Easter Monday 1 April 24 .We will reopen Tues 2 April 2024. Wishing everyone a Happy Easter Break 🙂
