The little ones will love "The Beanies" in a fun-filled 45-minute concert, while everyone can enjoy jumping castles, a range of different food vendors, and unique stalls. For the adults, there's a lively bar area and live music throughout the day. Don't miss the musical performances from Baker Boy Band, culminating in a headlining act by the Wolfe Brothers.

The park offers travellers clean amenities, a barbecue area, laundry with coin operated machines, and a park dump point for park guests. CMCA members receive a discount on all site types. Book online at https://rvparks.cmca.net.au/Home/RVParkDetailedView?siteUid=91da95cf-eefe-4000-b080-3c7bc3388790 or call 02 4978 8788 for assistance!
We are a versatile club; we offer such a wide range of benefits that those things that interest some members may not interest others. Some RV enthusiasts join CMCA purely for the social side of things and the events they can attend. We host several events each year, including the National Rally and State Rallies. Our National Rally is a week-long event held in a different location each year. Last year it was Dalby, Qld, and very soon, we are heading to Mount Gambier, SA. We can have anywhere up to 1000 vehicles in attendance, ready to participate in a week of activities, seminars, entertainment, market stalls, and so much more! Our State Rallies are smaller events but are loved just as much by some of our members. They are great for reconnecting with old friends, making new friends, and keeping busy!

There’s no place I’d rather be. Lucky Bay, WA.
Our latest RV Friendly Town is Wudinna, SA!
Wudinna is a small town of 600 people, located approximately 260km west of Port Augusta, SA. It is a wheatbelt town dominated by grain silos and was recently awarded 2024 Agricultural Town of the Year. Wudinna is especially appealing to travellers due to its proximity to the Gawlers Ranges National Park.
RV travellers wishing to explore the region can base themselves at Wudinna RV Park, along Naylor Terrace. The cost to stay is $10 per vehicle per night for an unpowered site and $20 per vehicle per night for a powered site. The length of stay is negotiable and access to showers, toilets, bins, covered seating and water is included. A dump point is also accessible at the site.
There is plenty to see in Wudinna and the surrounding region including the granite sculpture which is located next to the Gawler Ranges Visitor Information Centre. The sculpture was designed and sculpted by Marijan Bekic as a symbolic representation of all Australian farmers. Visitors can also take a short drive to Mount Wudinna and Turtle Rock and Mount Wudinna Gawler Ranges National Park, or travel along the Mount Wudinna Touring Route to view interesting granite outcrops.

Our Member Safaris allow you to explore places you’ve dreamed of visiting alongside fellow members and experienced tour leaders. Many members travel to some of the most remote destinations, while others prefer to stick to the routes they know. But if you had the chance to explore those places that you’re not too confident on visiting by yourself, with a group of people, would you be up for it? Our Member Safaris reach most corners of the country and are becoming an increasingly popular way for some of our members to travel. The hassle of planning your trip is done for you, and you just turn up for an adventure of a lifetime. These tours are run by experienced guides who love doing what they do and love that you get to do it with them. If travelling in a fleet of vehicles, exploring the country, and making life-long friends sounds good to you, then don’t wait!
While we strongly support freedom of choice when it comes to camping options, particularly low-cost camping, we recognise that there is a vast amount of CMCA members who prefer to stay in caravan parks. CMCA has partnered with over 300 caravan parks Australia-wide who offer our members exclusive discounts of 10% or more off their current rates. Participating caravan parks are listed on GeoWiki X (app and website) with their own unique icon. Members must be able to produce a current CMCA membership card when requested to take advantage of these offers.

Check out this fantastic image sent in by CMCA member Q100315. This was captured during their adventure through the Flinders Ranges, SA. The Australian Outback truly is something spectacular. We hope you like this picture as much as we do!
Here at CMCA we love to promote freedom of choice when it comes to your overnight stays. We understand that people need a wide range of options available depending on their needs. One of the Club’s low-cost options is the Member Stop Over Facility, commonly referred to as MSOs. The Member Stop Over (MSO) Facility is a unique Club initiative that allows members to stay in a friendly home-stay environment on fellow members’ private properties. Accommodation is provided free of charge, however, a donation is always appreciated when extra facilities, such as power and internet, are supplied (this is not compulsory). A stay such as this one will give you a safe and secure low-cost accommodation option, all while getting to meet like-minded people. Many of our members utilise this great member benefit, and we have over 60 members around the country offering low-cost accommodation to our members.

Many members join CMCA for the social benefits we offer. One of these fantastic benefits is our localised chapter groups and Australia-wide special interest groups. There’s nothing quite like forming friendships with people who share similar passions and interests, especially when those passions and interests centre around the RV lifestyle. Our chapters are filled with people from all walks of life who come together monthly for a fun, relaxing weekend away. The locations of these monthly outings of up to 4 nights change, allowing members to wipe the dust off their RVs and explore new places. The best part about chapters is that while you may only be able to belong to one ‘home’ chapter, members can still attend any chapter meeting they like. This means you don’t have to miss out while you’re on the road. If you’re out travelling and can attend many of these events around the country, you will be exposed to new members, fun times and a whole lot of camaraderie. Members also use this newfound community of experienced RV travellers to share ideas, ask for advice, and offer help on RV travel. Similarly, special interest groups are a group of members who also share an added, common interest such as solo travel or the ownership of big rigs. Whether you’re a member of a chapter or a SIG, or one of both, you will enjoy the social side of being a member. Check out the events near you (online or in The Wanderer). Who knows, you might enjoy it so much that you join one.

Have you spotted an RV Friendly Town sign during your travels? Or perhaps you’ve spotted an RV Friendly Destination sign at a business you’ve visited? One of the ways that our Club has increased the number of RV services and facilities is through our RV Friendly program. With over 350 towns and 133 destinations participating already, CMCA continues to promote the benefits of RV tourism liaising with councils and businesses. By highlighting these benefits, towns are willing to install and develop fundamental infrastructure to cater for the RV community, and businesses are willing to provide low-cost parking options to travellers. These towns and destinations support you! So, let’s support them!
