Dreaming of starting the week as I ended it with the team at the state of the art .noosa. I was so pleased to know a bit about breath-work to get me through the longest 3 mins of ice bathing. I’m now psyching myself up for my week and thinking about how I’m going to hit the 5’ ice bath on my next visit 💦

The Classical Mat Sequence.
Don’t we all hate to love it. I feel like it’s the bread and butter of pilates. It’s certainly the hardest to nail, no springs to help, but the most rewarding too.

It’s said that Joseph Pilates taught this to his clients as their daily homework. What does your daily practise look like? The joy of the sequence to me is always having something to come back to without too much overthinking.
