SALES/ ADMIN & DELIVERY DRIVER/WAREHOUSE

Full training , no experience needed , but it is an advantage

We are offering a new opportunity for 2 positions that are available in our family food business, we seek happy, competent people to join our team.

We are a Wholesale Food Distribution Company

We are growing rapidly and need help

Monday to Friday only

POSITIONS ARE FULL TIME

1) general admin duties including sales to regular customers , entering sales etc and general office duties, following up on customer inquiries , keeping to procedures and maintaining good paperwork trails

2) delivery driver , excellent driving record , a normal car licence for our trucks is all that’s needed ,keeping to procedures and maintaining good paperwork trails. accuracy is a must

Although no previous skills are necessary, we may favour those that have worked in the distribution industry

Required :

Extremely good organizational skills – English speaking - Computer competent for the admin/sales position - Flexibility with start/finish times if the occasions arise, although the days have set hours sometimes things pop up - Ability to make informed decisions

Warehouse Assistant
The person must be presentable must be able to speak and write English.
Some experience in the Warehousing or Food Industry would be an advantage.
Appreciate working in a non-smoking and safe environment.
Role
Reporting directly to Warehouse Manager, the primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;
• Lifting and manual handling of stock - must be fit and healthy
• dispatch of all orders including picking stock
• all goods receivable duties
• maintaining an organised warehouse at all time
Applicant must have
• a positive and friendly personality with a can do attitude and the ability to work effectively
• attention to detail
• excellent organisational skills to ensure that the warehouse and paperwork is managed in an efficient manner

Must be willing to accept responsibility and have ability to think and respond positively in any situation
