2. Use an SPF every day. If your child plays sports or spends a lot of time outdoors, reapply throughout the day.
3. Drink plenty of water. Hydration is key for healthy, clear skin.
4. Avoid picking pimples. They don’t go away, they just get worse! Keep hands clean to avoid transferring bacteria to the face.
