What does the IKIGAI Diagram mean?

Let’s imagine you are lost in a forest, but you have a map and compass, having the map and compass does not guarantee that you will find your way, but they are definitely a great help. The ikigai diagram works in a similar way, it allows you to instantly understand your personality, knowledge, skills and your ideal opportunities to earn money and help the world.
We will start with the pink circle, which represents everything you like, here you must write down what your personality is like and what kind of things you love to do, in the orange circle write your main skills, then your work values in the green circle and finally your strongest knowledge in the blue circle.

This is an excellent start, but as we get closer to the center everything becomes more complicated, your passion is found when combining what you love and what you are good at, your profession is what you can get paid for and what you are good at, your vocation is what the world needs and you can get paid for, while your mission is what you love and what the world needs.
Around the ikigai is your personality, which is based on the vocational interests of the RIASEC code, your weirdness is what distinguishes you in the workplace. Your archetype is also known as work style or job profile, and your career is what you should study to achieve your ikigai.

So desperately needed a haircut.

The before on the left shows the scalp very dry and dull and clogging around the follicles of the hair on the right after using natural tech, detox, scrub and renewing conditioner. You can see the scalp looks much more healthier and moisturized and click the follicles look cleaner and the scalp not so dull.

Did a quick examination of my scalp with my new trichoscope. Can’t believe the pinkness and the cellular debris around the hair follicles.
