Our retail shelves have some hidden gems on them. Have you spotted Mr Pye’s? The Worcestershire sauce is next level. Made in Australia and it uses smoked garlic giving it an umami flavour. It’s also vegan 🌱

🚨 New Feature Alert! 🚨

We’re excited to introduce a special coffee from **Cavalier Roasters**: the Brazilian single-origin **Francisco de Souza Lima** 🌟. This coffee comes from an auction supporting farms in Espirito Santo, Brazil, known for their late harvests due to the region’s location. These farms often miss out on major competitions, but a special Bourbon Specialty competition gives them the spotlight they deserve!

This particular lot is a true gem: only 5 bags were made, and with a cupping score of 88+, it stands out as a washed-process coffee in a region where that’s rare. Expect a solid dark cocoa nib front palate, with a delicious strawberry finish—super clean and juicy. It’s the first batch to sell out every morning here! ☕🍫🍓

But what makes coffee special overall? We asked **JB**, owner of Cavalier, a few questions:

☕ **How long have you been in the coffee industry?**
“Over 20 years! I’ve been roasting at a wholesale level for about 12 years, and collectively, our team has more than 60 years of coffee and hospitality experience.”

☕ **What do you love about coffee?**
“The complexity! People often overlook the many hands involved, from farm to cup. The industry is evolving, and more consumers are starting to understand what GOOD coffee really is—beyond the hype.”
