Muscles Stretched:
Primary: Hip flexors, glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, thoracic spine, and obliques.
Secondary: Calves, shoulders, and chest.
How to Perform:
Start in a standing position.
Step forward into a lunge with your right foot, ensuring your knee is directly over your ankle.
Lower your left knee toward the ground, keeping your core engaged.
Once stable, rotate your torso to the right, reaching your right arm towards the ceiling and your left arm towards the floor.
Hold the stretch for about 20-30 seconds.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
Sets and Repetitions:
Hold: 20-30 seconds per side.
Sets: 2-3 sets per side.
This stretch improves flexibility, enhances mobility, and promotes rotational stability, making it great for warming up or cooling down during workouts.

• How: Cross one leg over the other and lean towards the opposite side.
