Demi-Glace is a heavily reduced rich bone stock. It is crafted by slowly simmering a mixture of beef and pork bones, onions, carrots tomatoes, celery, parsley, thyme and black pepper.
What sets our Demi-Glace apart is our careful preparation: we use a slow-cook the stock exclusively using CopperTree Farm’s premium beef and pork bones. This meticulous process results in a velvety, opulent flavour that is unparalleled.
