This year has been very fortuitous for us with the spicy Texan winning #1 butchers gourmet burger in Australia and having the lamb Vegemite and cheese sausage headed to the Sunshine Coast at the end of Feb for our second run at a National prize.
Here’s to hoping we can do a repeat and our wonderful supporters can also have an amazing and successful year.

We’re staring to run low on stock but still have a few of the brilliant Australian charcuterie gold medal winning hams from but get in fast as they won’t last long.

We are open Saturday 23rd 8am-5pm and Sunday 24th 7am-12pm then will be having a few days off.

Finally able to get some wagyu bolar blade back in but had to lift our game because we couldn’t get the usual 4-5 marble score.
