Oakey Community Bus will be running Tuesday 19th and Friday 22 December.
It not operate from Christmas for 2 weeks, so will start up again on Tuesday 9 January, and Friday 12 January.

Limited to 11 passengers.

Contrary to a mention in the Oakey Champion, Oakey Community Bus is still operating twice weekly, as it has done for over 10 years.

Drop off at all Hospitals, Shopping Centres and Toowoomba Bus Station.

Unfortunately the Oakey Community Bus won't operate Tuesday 1st August, as we don't have a volunteer driver for the day.
Will operate again Friday 4th August, 8.30 at the Railway Station.

The Oakey Community Bus currently operates Tuesdays and Fridays, going right into the Toowoomba Bus Station, with other stops.
It could potentially operate every day, with some extra volunteer drivers.
An idea is to go to Wilsonton, connecting with the Translink bus services there on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Please comment if you would use such a service.
Also comment if you would volunteer to drive.

A big thankyou to Oakey RSL for loaning their bus while the Oakey Community Bus was off the road awaiting parts for repairs. Black Toyota have fixed it and its now back on the road.

We will be having a break then until Tuesday 11 Jan.
Within Qld Health guidelines passengers have to wear a mask and use the check-in the Qld App. As an essential service there is no need to prove vaccination status.
