DEAR MEN—

She’s been misunderstood and mistreated, unheard and unloved, abused and used, discriminated and discarded, silenced and suppressed. She may be fiercely resilient but sit with her a while and she will start to reveal her vulnerability. Her superpower is softness. She has been heartbroken, but she refuses to harden. Don’t take her compassion for granted. If she opens up to you, consider yourself lucky. Don’t betray her trust. Few things will hurt her but nothing as much as exposing her tender heart, only to have it neglected or broken. To be abandoned or betrayed by someone she trusts is deeply crushing. Show up to her. Hold space for her in her funk and her fury. Bring all of you to her. Demonstrate you wholeheartedly care about the details of her experiences. Attune to her essence. Hold her through her pain. Revere her inner & outer beauty. Acknowledge the sanctity of her body & soul. Help her carry the burden of trauma. Stand firmly as her ally through good times and especially in bad. She will not be easy but she will be worth it. Bring her peace & protection. Bring healing to her heart. Hug her with more than your arms, reach into her with your soul. Let her know you’re committed to being her light in the darkness, her guide through the night. All she desires is your love & loyalty. That is all she asks. To be loved in her wholeness is her deepest yearning. To be fully present to her will bring restoration to her body mind and soul. When she is loved right she will surrender to you. And I promise you in return, you will experience a love so deep, that you too will be healed & strengthened to become the man you always dreamed to be. She is your bridge to evolve your soul and together scale the heights of heaven.

He has no option but to swallow his tears and suffocate his pain. He may be a warrior on the outside but he’s had to silence the little boy inside him that deeply suffers. Don’t be fooled by his stoicism. Sit with him a while and he will reveal the depth of his sensitivity. His superpower is resilience. He too has been heartbroken but he had no option but to harden. The world never gave his space to break down. Don’t take his love for granted. If he opens up to you, consider yourself lucky. Don’t betray his trust. To be demeaned by the woman he trusts is deeply damaging. Show up to him. Hold space for him. Let him lead. Celebrate his competencies. Don’t point out his weaknesses instead show him a new way. Communicate with softness. He is your haven in this dark world. Rest in his arms and appreciate him for all he does. Demonstrate you wholeheartedly want to support him to thrive and he will always provide. Respect he’s doing the best he can and encourage growth but never with threats. Be patient. Very patient. He operates differently to you. He’s on the frontline of protection so be a soft space for him to land in this cruel world. Hold his hands and his heart when he needs you to listen. Take ownership of your own flaws. He will not be easy but he will be worth it. Be his peace and his spiritual safe house. Bring healing to his heart. Let him know you’re committed to being his light in the darkness. To be respected, trusted and loved in his wholeness is his deepest desire. To be fully present to him emotionally and sexually will give him strength to keep conquering for you both. When he is loved right he will surrender to you fully. And I promise you in return, you will experience a love so deep and so profound that you will be healed & strengthened to blossom into the woman you always desired to be.

🤍 We may not realise it but often the hardest and darkest parts of our life story contributed to strengthening our soul…

I have to apologise…I’ve been absent for a long time. Before Covid I was quite active on Facebook but during that time I experienced compassion fatigue after coaching so many people worldwide, it wore me out. I also experienced a painful marriage separation followed by depression and health battles…that and trying to do life got a bit mutch as I tried to service 7 social pages. So I’m sorry I abandoned this following. I am so grateful for the those who found me on instagram and the clients that continue to come to me for my support and services …some since the beginning of my journey 17yrs ago which is MINDBLOWING! I’m in the midst of getting my light back and I really just wanted to say I’m going go be putting in more of an effort to revive this community page and I do hope my words and posts continue to be a guiding light. My theme has shifted to being more relationship focused but still very grounded in spirituality and personal growth. I would really love to know what you would MOST want to see me post about so please do share below….

You just can’t have your heart and door open to everyone in life. Be stingy & selective BECAUSE ENERGY TRANSFERENCE & INTERFERENCE IS REAL….

People can seriously funk your frequency if you’re not careful! The energy you exchange with others through conversations & connections lodges itself in your consciousness. Everything becomes you on some level whether you realise it or not…so it’s important to learn how to be a GUARDIAN of your being.

Healthy boundaries are not only necessary for your physical survival, they are also necessary to protect the integrity of your soul.

Choose wisely. Not everyone deserves a seat at your table! Don’t be afraid to say NO and don’t be afraid to lovingly show some people the door...We can have compassion for people & still unchoose them.

Your sanity and soul depend on it… ✊🏽

It’s Winter Solstice here in the South. It’s cold out. There’s a fire ceremony in order. I feel very introspective. I am honouring the completion of a very potent soul cycle.

No doubt like many of you, I too have experienced some very dark moments in the last 12 months. A dark night perhaps. I have kept showing up to my clients/ students regardless. I’m glad I did.

I was reminded how powerful it is to have meaning in our lives. I was also reminded that everything serves our souls growth if we allow the wise eye of our heart to look beyond the painful circumstances.

So tonight I invite you to join me in celebrating LIGHT conquering darkness! Wisdom born from wounds!

I feel especially gratitude for the privilege I’ve been given to guide others in my life. I received some very moving messages from my recent graduates that made me realise that as imperfect as I may be, my work matters, my life here matters, I matter.. A reminder that we are growing even when we feel stagnant…BIRTH, DEATH and REBIRTH is inevitable🌟♾🙌🏽

Take a breath & come into remembrance of your divinity. Contemplate the mystical forces that guide us to shed what we must in order to become what we are destined to be 🙌🏽 Give thanks to all that has happened and all who came to awaken the wisdom seeds within your soul!

Here’s a prayer I used to invoke the power of the Divine:

“Divine Eternal Creator, fill me with your loving grace and guidance. Fill me with your infinite wisdom so that I may rise out of the stronghold of my small self. Please fan the flame of courage and faith in my soul so that I may rise into the full expression of my potential in this lifetime. Into your hands I commend my mind, body and spirit. Help me achieve and do that which my small self could never do without your grace. Expand me, help me release all that hinders my progress so that I may learn, embody, serve completely from my heart. Release whatever needs to go, and invite in whatever will serve your will. Here I stand as a willing servant and channel for your divine purpose!”

TRAGIC is a massive understatement. My heart goes out to all affected… 💔💔💔💔

12 yrs ago today I thought I was about to die. 3.30am I was shocked awake, unable to breathe, incoherent, & paralysed. After being dismissed as ‘anxiety’ ER discovered I had severe Hypokalemia and I was close to dying.

Everything collapsed after that.

Literally everything I worked for, built, trusted, dreamed of and fought for crumbled.

I was devastated and terrified.

I was also angry. I had JUST mustered the courage to leave a toxic marriage. I was just about to:

-launch a career as a ‘life’ coach
-have independence
-experience joy
-feel FREE
-START LIVING!

But God had other plans...

Most days I couldn’t move let alone thrive! What I didn’t realise at the time was that it was all part of a spiritual initiation.

And It has been the most sacred gift of all time.

The masks, illusions and attachments of my ego were being chipped off.

So yes I did die that day ——my old self started to die.

So here I AM - 12 yrs on...with no known cause or cure.

BUT

I’ve since learned that:

👉🏽 sometimes ILLNESSES come to HEAL us

👉🏽 being CURED & being HEALED are 2 different things

Crisis has a way of catapulting us into our soul FAST. We are forced to shed the s**t that is keeping us spiritually sick! I stopped obsessing over finding a ‘cure’ once I realised I was being ‘healed’. The awakening is not glamorous, nor fun and It’s fu***ng frightening! There are no guarantees or guides but there are guardians illuminating the dark corridors that lead to the altar of your heart.

🪶Please remember that:

➰You are stronger than you know
➰ALL is serving your soul’s evolution in this life
➰Joy is an inside job
➰You are more than your circumstances
