Sunday selfcare

Most of you already know that I’ve been unwell this week with the flu and vertigo.
I’m starting to feel more like myself today and decided that today I was going to prioritise ME!

Today I had a nice warm bath with some Epsom salts and magnesium, followed by a full body exfoliation using this beautiful scrub from .co

My skin is so silky smooth now and my tired body is ready to tackle the coming week.
