My first Bûche De Noël (Yule Log) for Christmas 2022 (traditionally it would have cranberries and rosemary stalks but couldn’t find any cranberries, so we had to improvise).

Rather delicious, if I do say so myself.

Made a for a lovely little lady who turned 11 this week, and is very much into and hedgehog slice, so I did a twist and attempted Russian buttercream for the first time (which i was told turned out well) as it has the same starter ingredients as hedgehog.
