Very easy care, disease resistant and a real standout in a pot or garden..
Large single, lightly fragrant blooms cover these lovely compact bushes throughout the season and are pruned by shaping only. They grow approx 80-90cm tall and wide.
Full sun for more flowers and deadheading to encourage more.

I’ve just split my Giant Sea Holly plants. They are rare - they are large (to 2mt) - they love full sun - they are prickly leaves -they flower late summer/Autumn - they are tough and need some room!!
I have about 8 clumps. These have been cut back but no need to do that in garden. Yes they are free!!!

These guys grow in shadier parts of the garden under trees in very ordinary soils. They grow really quickly and are tolerant of drought and root-competition. They will suffer severe frosts but tend to come back in Spring. They are tough ! Growing approx 2mt high and wide.
Prolific flowering in Autumn for a great burst of colour.
Mine grow right under a silky oak, dry and full of root competition!!

Heaps of tiny but incredible flowers now till Autumn. I find these are happiest with mainly shade but a little morning sun is ok. Again.. you all came out this morning, in the most dismal cold drizzle… there you all were… seeking out some harder-to-find perennials and rustic garden wares, collecting orders, and some for a quick chat… this is my third random open day and I’m getting better at the busyness..
