Doll number three all done, now onto number 4 (after I finish other sewing jobs).
Grace has decided to name this one Emily 😁

Finally finished Barbara and Ethel (my daughter named them for giggles) for a friend who does an amazing job being a local school crossing supervisor.
It took many attempts of using different patterns to make different parts to the dolls, but I’m finally happy with my finished result 🥰

It’s getting there, just another project I started years ago, lost the pattern, now found the pattern on my laptop and so far 6weeks later I’m nearly done. Plus I’m joining them together with a new stitch that I found on YouTube. Can’t wait to see the end of it 🥰

Today is the day I sort all this out. Time to figure out some projects and organise them so I don’t forget 🤦‍♀️

Well ……… it’s been quite a few years since I made these to sell at markets, but since finding a box full of half made ones I’m determined to finish them.
All are double thickness and measure approx 25cm wide x 35-40cm long and 100% machine washable. After four kids these are the most easiest bibs to use 😊

Paper crafts is my obsession at the moment, knitting has taken a back seat and I’m now getting my craft desk organised a bit better and having fun playing with my new stuff from Temu (it’s so addictive)

Trying to clean up my craft desk today and I don’t think I’ve made a dint, but at least I’ve found stuff I had forgotten about 🤣

Had a bit of fun tonight making some Easter Baskets for my daughter to hand out to some friends

So I finished this little baby rug last night, it’s for a friend but I wanted to share as I reckon it came up pretty good. It was the first time I ever used those “cake balls” the ones that have the multi colours in one ball. The blanket took two balls and nearly a third ball to do just the edging. No pattern required as it’s just c2c crochet, but I did look up a pattern for the edge.

So what would of cost me around $60 in fabric from spotlight, has only cost me $40 by buying 2 blankets from Kmart.
Resulting in a XXL Mens double lined (hence 2 blankets) dressing gown for my boy.
And all just overlocked together in one go taking probably 2 hours of work.
