If anyone out there needs a set of bc coilovers for there vb-vl give us a shout! Just welded out this pair for a vk about to come through the shop for some custom fab.

They come with adjustable strut tops but if you require a nolathane or rubber top for street duties can easily adapt to suit.

Just finished this upgraded intercooler with the goal of more flow in the same footprint as the old cooler.

Still using 3" inlet and outlet and the core I chose was only 30mm thicker than the 100mm plazmaman, we achieved an increased internal flow of 20%!

Looking forward to seeing the decrease in intake temps, faster spool and more hp on the dyno 👌

With a full chassis, big tyres and a 1000hp + on the cards this Corolla is going to be a true contender, either roll racing or on the drag strip.

Finishing the final Fab work off on this little pocket rocket was a pleasure, as everything that the customer was requiring was not simple, mainly because of the little room to work.... but a satisfying challenge and a Pro level finish 👌

Just had Liam's immaculate HQ Monaro through the workshop again for the last upgrades before engineering and licensing.

Previously I cut in some split tubs to resemble the factory gaurds, setup rear control arms and fit strange coilovers to the rear.
Also installed underdash AC unit and fabricated a custom aluminium radiator using a PWR core.
I had already fabricated the twin 3" stainless exhaust using Magnaflow mufflers to fit up to a set of Pacemaker headers previously, but the one thing missing from such a clean car was some custom stainless headers, using 1 7/8" primary 4 into 1 merge collectors.

With Motivation only a few months away there is always fresh builds and upgrades going on all over W.A.
And Dan from Elite Automotive & Performance is always busy, and extra busy! this year as his immaculate vk is undergoing some nice upgrades.

Excepting the offer, and main challenge of fabricating 1 7/8" headers. (which as you might no is tight! on early commodores)
Also on the list for fabrication to help support the fresh engine and harrop blower.

*4 into 1, 1 7/8" stainless headers with egt
*Install water heat exchanger for blower.
*Relocate trans cooler to rear of car.
*Install holley EFI ECU
*Fit parachute and lever
*Fabricate water resivour for intercooler
*Mount intercooler water pump
*Install anti rollbar
*Fabricate tailshaft loop

There's already bets on how many horses?? this new combo will have, but what ever the number it will be awesome to see, and hear at motorvation and the drag strip!

A nice change from welding of recent was fitting some top shelf parts to make this low km VU ute a bit tougher!
Starting with the Harrop 2300 supercharger with a custom fabbed 4" alli intake.
Manta 1 7/8" headers with twin stainless 3" exhaust.
Harrop big brakes at all 4 corners, and adjustable Pedders suspension taking care of the handling.
Turning this ute into a very capable street car!

Just finished up some rear end mods to a clean VH SLE.
Split the factory rear tubs and added some extra tin to accommodate 20x10 rims.
Shortened the pan hard bar, moved most of the brackets to suit a narrower diff and larger harrop brakes.
A clean tuff street car.

Under construction! A set of big tuned length headers on this mountain of a motor in a super clean vk. 👌

The Drag Racing season is nearly here! And last minute upgrades are in full swing...

Just adapted an ft600 with a custom aluminium facia for the team.

Awesome bit of kit and great to see some of this race winning equipment in Perth, Western Australia.

Now time for Harness-Tech to update the wiring harness

I was lucky to work on this beast from the east recently.

The HZ Holden has made the trek over to W.A for a re-wire and then tuned by Jeff Johnson, and I got the call to fabricate new dump pipes in 4" stainless and then transitioning to Aluminium and exiting the front guards. And all new plumbing for the upgraded intercooler.

The old engine combo has made 1800 rwhp and dipped into the 7's down the quarter mile!
And is regularly street driven!

Easily one of the most desirable of cars, this HT Monaro is getting close to being on the road! I enjoyed building custom headers to suit the 520hp 400ci SBC, backed with a 5 speed Tremic and 9". I then fabricated the twin stainless 3" system with magnaflow mufflers and v-band assembles at every join.
Just the perfect exhaust lay-out (if you ask me...) to suit such a classic beast of the road.

Just finished up some more work on Haydn's VS Commodore.

We split tubbed the rear to the chassis rails and set-up the rear end to fit a 275 radial and a 10 inch Simmon for street duties.

With the main goal to try and hook her up at the drag strip with a radial, but still keep everything within an engineers guide line for street legal driving, which isn't easy when the car is well over 1000hp at the rears.
So, chrome moly rear arms with AFCO shocks and 2 different spring sets, for the street and strip,
Ford 9" with all the fruit, Dutchman 35 spline axles and Wilwood brakes all round.

Sweet!

Definitely the toughest exhaust I have built! Twin 4" oval on a tough-as-nails HG Monaro.

One Lj torana tubbed and slammed

I recently enjoyed fabbing two titanium wastegate pipes on Jamie's beast of a 2jz. Besides looking trick, the titanium pipes are a 3rd lighter than the stainless items they replaced.

There is alot of metal to remove on a lj torana when trying to fit a 325 between the rails....

Have just finished 2 radiators using custom sized pwr cores, both for lx toranas.
One radiator is for a circuit car and the other is for a street car

After the VS commodore returned from Elite Automotive & Performance with the drive line fitted we jumped into finishing off the hot side of the engine, mounting a 60mm gate, fab screamer pipe to suit, and squeeze a 3.5" dump pipe past the steering shaft....
Mount up the plazmaman intercooler and fabricated the intercooler plumbing with a turbosmart BOV.
Also fabbed a thermostat delete, mount the astra pwr steering pump, custom catch can and mount the trans cooler in front of the diff.
3.5" exhaust with 2 magnaflow mufflers and just found time to fab a 3.5" side pipe for events.

The whole build was done in just one month ready for Motivation this weekend, the car has just been tunned a day ago and made a lazy 1036hp on 26psi.

Been very busy the start of this year helping Dan from Elite Automotive & Performance build a customers VS commodore ready for motivation.
While waiting for barra engine to arrive for Dan to fitup I got the jump on the fab work and pressed up a drop tank fitted with an Aeromotive 2500hp pump assembly.
Then using a pwr custom radiator core we made up the radiator to fit our exact needs,
Also mounted the shifter in a factory location.

Great to see the Fergusons making some test passes on the weekend in matilda.
Looking forward to seeing her shaking up the field in top comp this year.

Another well known WA burnout car was in the workshop recently to get fabbed and fitted out with some new tanks in the engine bay, to make the move from EFI to mechanical injection.
The tank on the right of the pic is the fuel header tank, and the tank on the left is the radiator header tank and puke tank.
Also connected up the throttle pedal and the fuel shut off valve.
Looking forward to seeing it in action at Motorvation next year.

Another tuff torana in the shop is this LH SLR, which so far has received a spilt tub in the rear and united speed shop control arms with qa1 coilovers.
Up front the new crossmember was also supplied by United Speed Shop which is a gorgeous bit of kit, with the plans of running an ls engine with turbo 400 we fabricated the gearbox crossmember to suit.
I also got the go ahead to fabricate a set of headers, which is not easy on a torana with limited room on the drivers side and the added bonus of the starter motor on the same side as the steering, but the end result was worth the time! We ended up with 1 3/4" primarys into 2 1/4" secondarys with 3" collectors which will flow great and much bigger than anything you can buy and bolt up.

Have also just finished a set of 2" headers on a sbc running some nice Higgins heads in a VF comodore!

In the workshop a few weeks ago I had the fun of plumbing up a neat VZ Maloo twin turbo.
They can be a little tricky sometimes, as the pipe work can be tight In the engine bay, but the end result turned out great.

So... a good mate of mine Red Dog, has been collecting motorcycles for a few years now and this old Kwaka is a blast from the past....

Correct me if I'm wrong Danny but it's a K1? 750CC triple 2 stroke!! The OG widow maker, fast as F in a straight line but any hesitation from the rider in a corner and it was a good chance you would be eating hospital food for a month!!!

This bike is in amazing original condition for her age but that never stops Red Dog from tampering with it.

I got the call up to make some new expansion chambers and mufflers for her, luckily Danny had sourced a pre rolled kit for the chambers from the UK which where very well made and saved myself hrs of fab, still had the challenges of working out where every piece went and alot of tig work on 1mm material.

So the vehicle that I recently completed the oval exhaust on was a customers lx ss hatch, with a difference....

So the car being a factory 202 the owner didn't want to just drop a v8 in, instead deciding to re engineering the old 202, yes that's correct in that engine bay is a factory 202 black block with forged internals!!.....

The head is original off a ford 250 crossflow which has been spun 180 degrees, this was originally done years ago by a few old speedway boys trying to get more air into there holden sixes, but speaking of more air why not turbo this setup??
Also running a AC interchiller on the inlet charge air, fly by wire throttle body, crank trigger brings this old 202 into the 20th century,
There was alot of planning from the customer and myself when squeezing so much into the engine bay and re engineering the old 202 and it definitely will leave a few people scratching there heads when looking in this engine bay....

So at this stage she is wired and running, I haven't heard her running myself but apparently it sounds like a rotary cross 2jz!!! What?? So she will even confuse people just walking down the footpath...
