The beautiful gentle thoughtful Eva celebrated her 99th birthday this week. There are always new things to try and Eva had her very first Reflexology session 2 years ago and now has it weekly with an Indian Head massage. She loves it ✨😊 Maria Clapsis

Meet my little protege 💗
Kids love Reflexology and this little one, not only loves his own sessions he also loves to learn how to give to others. A future reflexologist in the making!!!
Children usually have shorter sessions and love to chat... I find they are highly intune with their Reflex points.
Reflexology may be helpful for anxiety and sleeping issues.
I am happy to teach parents and carers a few pointers for a foot rub before bed.

"I'm so relaxed" this is the most common feedback from a client after their session.
What does this mean and what is reflexology doing to your body!! I hear you ask ✨
All of your body systems are mapped out on the feet and by stimulating these areas it induces a state of calm & peace.
For example the chest / diaphragm reflex maybe tight when someone is stressed or recovering from a cough. As I stimulate these areas I will often see my client take big breaths as their body adjusts and releases tension. It truely is amazing!! The human body is a true miracle ✨🙏.

This area of reflex covers everything about your head/neck and today in this session our focus was on the sinus reflex.
Often there are lingering sinus issues after being unwell and working along the front of the big toe can promote healing and balance.
Reflexology can assist in relief of headaches, migraine, anxiety, dizziness to name just a few.

Last week I took some time out to recharge with my family in beautiful Moore River. What a special place this is...and perfect to remember what an amazing world we have here in WA. With a constant thread of fear being woven into our lives I encourage you to take time out, breathe deeply ( don't be afraid to breathe it is life) and let your feet out of your shoes.
