Cheesy post but I can’t believe it’s been a whole year already!
So beyond grateful to be able to do what I love every day and help make a difference in other women’s lives.
Starting this business was one of the scariest risks I’ve ever taken and I couldn’t be happier I went for it.
Biggest thank you especially to all of my clients for your ongoing support and trusting me as your coach. You are the reason I love my job and I couldn’t do this without you all!
Can’t wait for everything in store for year two👀🌟
Client testimonial from ✨
A great example of how far consistency can get you in just 12 weeks!
From the get go Christine followed all of my advice, got all of her sessions in, tracked her food and completed other habits I set for her every single week.
“I decided to hire a PT as I had let myself go and had hit my heaviest weight in adulthood. I also have a few weddings coming up so I wanted to fit into some nice dresses. So glad to get Kaitlin as my personal trainer. She has a great personality and positive attitude. I really enjoyed my training sessions with her as she guided me through all of the new movements with proper form.
I have gained strength and lost 10kg throughout my 3 month program. I am quite proud of the weights I am now able to lift in just a short period of time.
She has motivated me and also has taught me how weight training allows us to get toner whilst incorporating more calories rather than starving ourselves or restricting our diet.
Training with her is not just hard work, but enjoyable and fun as well. Definitely worth getting her as a PT as an investment😀”
Client testimonial from 🤍💪🏼
A wonderful example of sustainable weight loss, so so so proud of this girl.
“Where to start? I started training with Kaitlin twice a week back in August 2022, as I had to lose some weight before surgery and I needed some help to get to that goal. I reached that goal with 5kg down, and 32cms overall fat loss from my body to date.
Kaitlin is committed to her job, she is so friendly and helpful. She motivated and encouraged me when I needed it most, she even went through the emotional roller-coaster with me.
She has a very positive attitude towards her personal training and dietary intake, she never sets unrealistic expectations and tells it as it is.
Kaitlin ensured my program was simple for me to follow on my own outside of our sessions, and could be contacted if I had concerns or questions.
I cannot fault her in anyway, I highly recommend Kaitlin at Body by Kait.
I cannot wait to get back to our sessions when I am cleared to train again.
Do yourselves a favour people, she is an investment.”
Sweet tooth? Me too. Does it mean I cut chocolate out of my diet and spend my life fighting every craving I ever have? No way. 🍓🍫
I think the biggest mistake you can make is banning entire food groups or certain foods that are deemed “bad”. It generally causes you to binge later on, isn’t sustainable and will only worsen your relationship with food.
Finding a way to incorporate your favourite foods into your plan (in moderation of course) along side your nutritious meals is much more sustainable.
You can simply plan and incorporate them into your daily calorie/macro goal or make a smart swap! For example, rather than normal pancakes I usually go for protein pancakes. I also swap the maple syrup to a reduced sugar option ext.
Eating without feeling restricted and also achieving your goals? Who would’ve thought😉
“If you want it bad enough you’ll do the work” was something my coach said to me when I first started out and has stuck with me ever since.
At first, training can feel like a chore but if you stick it out and choose to show up for yourself each day you might be surprised at how much you end up enjoying the process.
Creating discipline will get you further than motivation ever will. Finding a way to move your body that you enjoy will create a lifestyle. However you can’t create discipline or find enjoyment in the process if you don’t actually stick with it and show up for yourself consistently. You gotta do the work! (even when you don’t feel like it) 🤍
Eat the damn carbs!🍝
Carbs are your bodies main source of energy, without them you’re likely to spend most of your days feeling pretty fatigued and lethargic.
Yes, a diet lower in carbs can lead to weight loss - but this is usually due to putting yourself in a calorie deficit in the process. Trying to permanently restrict yourself from carbs isn’t sustainable and can end up causing binge eating - ultimately putting you out of your calorie deficit.
The end goal is to gradually build your metabolism to be able to process carbs more efficiently, enabling you to eat more carbs, feel more energised and have food freedom.
Not to mention - carbs are soooo important for muscle building and strength!🍑💪🏼
P.S. This is a GF pulse pasta which is high in protein and lower in calories - allowing you to have a bigger serve and feel more satisfied😍

My fav plant based proteins! 💚
Both are delicious but at the moment I’m loving using ‘bRAW Salted Caramel’ to mix in with my oats and ‘Macromike’ to drink blended with almond milk.
When I first swapped from whey protein I was put off by the texture/taste of most plant-based powders. However once I discovered these I’ve never looked back!
Hope this helps anyone looking for a new go-to🧡
Confidence🌼
It’s taken me a long time to get to where I am now. I didn’t realise how much a low self-esteem could hold me back until I finally and consistently invested time into myself.
It’s scary to REALLY look at yourself and admit you need to change - but it’s the best thing you’ll ever do!
Put yourself out of your comfort zone, do the work and watch yourself grow🫶🏼
An example of what I might eat in a day at 2650 calories😍🍝
Ideally I’d like to see some more veggies included but everyday is different! At the moment I’ve been focusing on actually hitting my carbs goal so this is what I ended up having.
Currently aiming for:
C: 350 P: 165 F: 65
Just a reminder - tracking is not always necessary but is an amazing tool to help you achieve your goals. It all depends on your mindset and your reasons for tracking. 💪🏼🤍
🤍🤎
🗝CONSISTENCY🗝
Knowing what to do and how to do is great, but without consistency you will never progress.
Consistency will take you further than pretty much any other factor in all aspects of your life.
All of the big and small choices you make in your day to day make you who you are - so show up for yourself!
Create your discipline. Create exercise and routine that you enjoy. Keep going until it becomes just as habitual as brushing your teeth!
Stop relying on motivation, crash diets and short term satisfaction and switch your mindset to strive for long term, consistent and sustainable results.

Glute development🍑
Consistency, progressive overload, a calorie surplus full of carbs & protein, a good coach as well as a whole lotta patience and hard work 🤍💪🏼
My latest go-to breakfast obsession: protein oats! 🤤➡️
Super yummy, filling and high in protein. Perfect even to have set aside as a backup plan if you’re having an unorganised week (as we all do sometimes) and so many flavour possibilities!
Currently being on a bulk myself and having a busy schedule, I’m struggling with having enough meal times - hence the double serving!
Adjust amounts to fit your goals and enjoy🥄
My serving: 742 cals
C: 75g P: 57g F: 21g
Your clothes probably won’t fit you anymore…
And that’s okay!
Clothes are meant to fit YOU - not the other way around.
Obviously dependent on what your goals are, some of your favourite things may become too small or too big.
My body has shrunk and grown SO many times over the last couple of years. Even some items I only purchased a couple months ago no longer fit!
In my old mindset I would feel absolutely crushed when clothes would become too small.
However now that I’m training for shape, strength and enjoyment rather than to be skinny, I get excited when I grow!
Swipe to see 2018 vs 2022➡️
My body is constantly changing the more I train. My thighs are probably the biggest they have ever been, yet I’m the most confident I’ve ever felt.
Crazy what a mindset switch can do!🚀🚀🚀
What I eat in a day!🧡➡️
I go through phases with tracking my food as I’ve done it for long enough that I understand roughly what I’m eating.
However, I do try to track for the most part as I like to ensure I’m eating enough calories and hitting my macros - especially when trying to grow the peach🍑
This was put together with whatever food I had leftover as I haven’t been able to meal prep fully this week.
Slightly off but I personally am aiming for 2385 calories at the moment 🍎🍝🍫
(C: 300g P: 150g F: 65g)
P.S. Magnesium powder has been a game changer for my sleep quality and muscle recovery. Highly recommend having a chat with your GP to see if it’s suitable for you if you’re looking to improve your sleep!💥
