It is an amazing form of exercise designed to retrain how you move your body. It can help you improve core strength, flexibility, posture and help you move fluidly, pain-free and with ease.

🚧 Construction Update for Coles Local at Hillarys! 🚧

Over the next two weeks, the project team behind the Coles Local upgrade will be working hard behind the scenes to install critical services at your store. While you won’t see these changes, they represent a major milestone in the project.

Important Dates and Parking Info:

🗓 Start Date: Monday, 12 August
⏳ Duration: Approximately Two weeks
🚗 Impact: There will be some car park impacts in the underground car park and in the car park along Flinders Avenue.

A comprehensive traffic management plan will be in place. Please follow the signage and other measures when you visit. The good news? Once these works are complete, all car parking bays will be reinstated.

Plan ahead if you regularly use the underground car park at Hillarys. We appreciate your patience as we progress through these works. 🙏

Meet Jugat Kaur

Jugat is a Senior Podiatrist at Hillarys Podiatry. Jugat completed her Podiatry Medicine degree in 2014, from the University of Western Australia. Since then, she has been working in private practice, with a decade of experience now in treating the lower limb.
Jugat really is your ‘local Podiatrist’, she loves treating all aspects of the lower limb and wants to ensure she fixes your feet with the most up to date treatments and methods. You can see Jugat for anything from routine nail and skin care, to diabetes management of the feet and lower limbs, to serious sporting injuries and biomechanics analysis, to prescription of orthotics to ensure correct foot function.

In her spare time, Jugat enjoys living an active lifestyle with training regimes that include HIIT, Running and has also been taking part in Bhangra (a North Indian dance form) competitions in Australia with her Bhangra team.

Jugat’s recent adventure has been that of recently becoming a Mum, to her beautiful baby daughter and is now returning to the clinic after 9 months away. She is looking forward to seeing you, to help you look after feet and lower limb concerns! 👣

Meet Dr Kieran Rischardson!

Kieran is a Specialist Physiotherapist who offers second opinion on complex, persistent pain and injury presentations, or for patients wanting an independent, expert non-surgical review of their case.

Kieran utilises a research-based, comprehensive approach to each client as an individual, tailoring a specific management plan to achieve significant long-term outcomes. He has formally mentored many physiotherapists in Perth for over 10 years, consulting to a number of private practices offering second opinions, as well as providing professional development lectures, tutorials and education. He also works as a sessional academic on the postgraduate Master’s Program at Curtin University.

Kieran works at Live Well Hillarys where he holds his caseload. He also offers second opinions across our two locations for complex conditions and provides mentoring for all our physiotherapists at Live Well.

He loves his beautiful wife and three young girls, and enjoys health and fitness and Perth’s incredible beaches.

Meet Director and Principal Physio Daniel Rispoli!
Daniel graduated from Curtin University of Technology in 2003 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. Daniel has had significant experience in the areas of musculoskeletal and sports injuries and has a particular interest in spinal pain, shoulder rehabilitation and knee injuries. He also has qualifications in dry needling and the treatment of benign positional vertigo. He takes pride in providing his clients with evidence-based, timely and effective physiotherapy treatment.

Daniel is a Director and Principal Physio at Live Well Physio Hillarys. He has been a partner in the business for 12 years with Caroline Shaw and manages the operations of the clinic as well as being a mentor to our Hillarys’ physios.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, cycling and travelling when the opportunity arises!

After 20 remarkable years at Hillarys Shopping Centre, the time has come to bid farewell to Michael. The master barber has shaped not just the haircuts of Hillarys and surrounding suburbs but has also played an important part in so many lives. From kids’ first cuts to styling looks into adulthood, Michael has been more than a barber; he’s been a friend, a listener, and part of the community’s daily lives.
