Belgian waffles, a little sweet treat for making it into the office today 🍨🧇

From the new Breakfast menu, we’re introducing our Gojuchang Fried Chicken Waffles! Taking inspiration from the Korean method of twice frying chicken to get that crispy on the outside soft on the inside style of chicken, topping that with Gochujang maple syrup and serving on a bed of waffles.

Initially a christmas special, then one on our secret menu & after many requests we've decided to add this one to the list. Introducing the Raspberry Gingin, Halfway between a Breakfast Martini & a Cosmo, we use Nosferatu Distillery's 'Giselle' Pavlova Gin, Lemon Juice, Whites, Cherry Bitters & a not so secret ingredient of Raspberry Jam. Not too sweet, Floral with a bit of zest. Come give this one a whirl
