The scaffold has dropped on our townhouse development with Leading Homes WA , Surrey Road Finance and Exige Property Group and the street appeal of these homes is unreal, with each home having its own unique elevation and character!

- R E N D E R V S R E A L I T Y -
Our Melville project with is looking great now that the scaffold has been dropped and we can see the application of the Tufftex 'Concrete Pearl' polished plaster in all its glory! Can't wait to see it all again once downstairs is completed.

- N E W C O N C E P T -
Our 2nd project with is currently being prepared for DA with a handful of proposed variations to the R-Codes. Situated on a quiet street just off Reynolds Rd and a short stroll to the river, this two-storey home in Mount Pleasant is sure to be a welcome addition to an otherwise tired street.

Construction is moving along well with our Hamptons-inspired home down in Wannanup. This home is spread across 3 levels and backs onto the Eastport Canals in Wannanup with canal views to the front and back, so the windows have been designed to allowed access to these views from as many rooms as possible.

- Render vs Reality -
Our 3D rendering service is included with any new home design and provides a fantastic opportunity for our clients to visualise their home before it is built. This is one example from our project with in Madora Bay and we think it's coming up great!

- N E W C O N C E P T -
As we are currently in the final stages of preparation for a Building Licence, we're getting excited to to see this new home in North Coogee begin construction. Situated in the one of the earliest stages of Port Coogee, this block has ocean views to the rear with an Upper Living area and Balcony incorporated to capture the views. A simple palette of grey tones in conjunction with some highlights of to the feature columns provides a modern elevation that will fit in perfectly with its surroundings.

Our first colab with is ready for DA! Spanning just 10m wide, having a northern aspect to the front of the lot and then existing boundary retaining walls creeping into the lot, this double storey home in Scarborough presented many challenges to overcome.

The home is built around an internal courtyard which also features a pool that is visible from all of the living area downstairs, while a secondary living area including a bar has been positioned upstairs with an expansive Balcony to allow for access to that much desired northern light in winter.

Before the heat kicked in this week, I popped out to visit our project with Chross Homes & Developments in Melville which is progressing quickly and looking great. The ground floor slab was poured in August and now the project is ready for upper roof cover after just 5 months (which includes the Christmas break). We'll be back out once the scaffold has been dropped to provide the next update!

- T R I G G -

The undercroft walls and suspended slab have been completed, with the ground floor brickwork now underway at our Trigg project with Leading Homes WA. Will be back again in the new year to see this beauty once the roof has been completed.

- H I L L V I E W -

Beautiful weather over the weekend to get out for a drive along the coastal suburbs and check out a few projects under construction. First up is our project in Karrinyup with .homes which is humming along and looking fantastic with some fresh concrete poured for the driveway and side-access path. This home features a monochrome colour palette with feature materials of Stria cladding and Hudson face brickwork.

Situated just a short stroll from the beach, this home in Burns Beach is in a prime location for a young, growing family. The home has been designed around a north-facing, expansive internal courtyard featuring a pool ensuring visual interest from as many of the rooms as possible. With potential sea views down the road as well, the Balcony will be a lovely space to sit and take it all in on those balmy Perth evenings.

Situated at the front of a development site in Shelley, the striking elevation on this double-storey home will be sure to turn heads. Featuring a double-height entry internally and externally, it provides the perfect opportunity for an attractive light piece that can be seen through the void.

Unlike most development sites, this home features plenty of open space to ensure the home receives natural light to all rooms and even features a rooftop garden!

And just like that, another week flies by. It's been an incredibly busy few months here at Paragon HQ and the socials have slipped, so it's time to share some of our recent works.

This new single-storey concept is currently being prepared for DA and is situated on a narrow, sloping site in Leeming. We opted to raise the front of the home up to work with the site rather than against it, as well as ensuring the home didn't feel like it was sitting in a ditch. The brief for this home was "modern and bold" and we feel it's hit the mark perfectly, as do our clients.

Happy Friday everyone! We've just completed the construction drawings and 3D render for our latest project and it's come up a treat. This coastal-inspired, timber-framed home includes a multi-purpose loft and features a variety of claddings, including Linea weatherboards, their new Brushed Concrete Cladding panels as well as Axent trims.

Situated next door to our other project in Trigg, these clients were so stoked with the design we completed previously that they engaged us to design this one as well! Working with the levels on site, we've designed this beautiful double-storey home featuring a split level downstairs, double-height void in the Entry with skylight above and an expansive living area to take in all that northern light at the rear of the home. Can't wait to see Leading Homes WA get this one out of the ground!

DA Approval for our Trigg project with only minimal changes required to get it over the line - definitely a win! Site has been cleared, construction drawings are complete and off to engineering it goes. Can't wait to see Leading Homes WA bring this beauty to life.

Site visits are always an enjoyable part of the job and even better on a beautiful day. Last week I popped out to check up on a few jobs, with my North Beach project with the first on the list. Ground floor brickwork complete, all ready for the suspended slab formwork!

Here we have another one on the board with over in Piara Waters. This double-storey townhouse recently had construction drawings completed and is currently with the engineers with the aim to get a slab down some time in March, bucking the trend of delay after delay that so many are currently facing.

Medium-density housing options are an increasingly popular inclusion to basically every new estate in Perth at the moment. These low-maintenance, double-storey townhouses are generally situated on 6m or 7.5m wide lots and when designed right, can be a great outcome for singles, young families or even those who are looking to downsize.

- Myaree Project -

Here we have the last home in our four-townhouse development in Myaree. This home shares its side frontage to busy Marmion Street, so a bold feature face brick wall with rendered linear projections has been included to maintain visual interest to the secondary street. To the front, we have included some Scyon Axon cladding to compliment the render colours and help add some different textures to the elevation.

- Myaree Project -

This is the third home of our four-townhouse development in Myaree, with the home taking on the popular 'Hamptons' style that has been all the rage over the last few years. Featuring weatherboard cladding, white accent trims and some lovely white-washed brickwork to the Entry wall, this design is a softer contrast to the other designs surrounding it.

Here is the second design in our four-townhouse development in Myaree. We've gone for a more contemporary look for this one, with features such as a concealed roof and linear projections wrapping around the windows some lovely timber cladding.

2023 is off to a flying start with a handful of projects wrapping up the design stage and moving onto construction drawings. Here we have the first of a new four-townhouse development in Myaree, with DA received at the end of last year and construction drawings been finished in the first week back of 2023.

It's been a very busy few weeks recently as we near the end of the year and a handful of our designs are progressing towards completion. Situated on a corner block with a nice gentle slope across both frontages, this new home in Trigg has been designed with an undercroft to maximize the space above for an expansive floor plan. Light, white and bright was the brief and we think it's turned out really well. Next step - DA!
