It's been a busy start to the year with many designs commencing, one of which was this little beauty in Yokine that has now been completed and lodged for DA. Situated on a narrow 10m lot, this single-storey home has been designed with a side entry and living areas to the middle of the lot to avoid long dark corridors and provide a sense of openness upon entering the home. The street presence on this one is unreal!

Upper floor roof frame almost complete at our Hill View project in Karrinyup under construction with @louis.homes. The view from both balconies, especially the top floor, are absolutely stunning.
- Myaree Project - Last presentation- a drive-by down the street which provides a clear representation of how our proposed development is going to look at the end and we're really happy with how it's all come together. Next step - full tender! Can't wait to see who gets to bring these beauties to life.
- NEW CONCEPT - It's been a busy few weeks here at Paragon HQ! Here we have another great colab. with the guys at Chross Homes & Developments with this Maylands project. Situated on a small 240m², we have managed to squeeze in a spacious 3x2 double storey home with the ground floor designed to soak in all that northern light to keep you warm on those chilly winter days! Once again we were able to nail the brief on the first go and our clients were ecstatic with the result.
Another awesome Paragon | Chross Homes & Developments colab. and another very happy client for this project in Dudley Park! Unhappy with the service they received at another builder, our clients were over the moon when we were able to nail their design on the first go and get them excited again for their dream build. With working drawings now underway, we are very keen to see this one get on the ground!
- NEW CONCEPT - Designed in conjunction with the team at @chrosshd and situated on a narrow 9m, newly subdivided lot in North Beach, this home has been designed with a modern industrial feel, combining exposed face brickwork, vertical cladding, steel posts and black accents contrasting against a bright white texture coat render. The client were so happy with this design that it brought tears to their eyes. It was certainly humbling and reactions like this is why I love my job so much.
