Media Coordinator responsibilities:
*includes support & training where required

✅ manage social media (Instagram / Facebook)
✅ coordinate media at events (photographers etc)
✅ design content for posts, announcements etc
✅ maintain website (training provided)

We’ve filled our Clerk role (cheers Lynchy!), thankfully the bloke is “Official Fluid” so he/they can transition into Steward, unfortunately our Steward (who has been awesome this year thank you Kris) is unavailable for this date so we’re also chasing a Steward or Clerk for Toodyay Terror.

Unfortunately there were just too many factors working against us on this one and it certainly was not an easy decision to make, but we believe it was ultimately in the best interest of the club.

Campbell Town Crusher – SuperEnduro

– Gates open Friday evening 1700 – 2000 (track walking welcome – NO BIKES)
– Gates re-open at 0600 Saturday morning (Track open for walking only)
– Sign-on & scrutineering from 0700
– Riders’ Briefing at 0800 (compulsory attendance in all classes)
– Practice/warm-up session 0830 – 0900 (split into classes)
– Racing starts at 0915
– Racing Finish 1600
– Presentations 1700

More info:
– Max 12 riders per heat(classes will be split evenly according to entry numbers ie Bronze may run 2-3 separate heats of 12 riders)
– Total of 3-4 heats per class(subject to time)
– Points awarded per heat
– Top 10 overall in each class through to final heat
– Bonus Races “Superdash” and Barrel Racing 🤠

– Spectator entry is FREE
– Camping Friday & Saturday night free for entrants & volunteers and $10pp cash for spectators
– Toilets & showers provided (please be mindful of minimal water usage)
– Saturday evening (post-race) BBQ and drinks included for riders & volunteers. Spectators will need to purchase food & drink packs from the WHES shop prior to the event or on the day.
– Coffee van (with some food/snacks available)
– Plenty of Raffles (Bring cash!!)
– No dogs
– No pit bikes or e-bikes (including kids)

No riding is permitted on Friday or Sunday.
