Our final Club award for the season went to 🏆

During the season took 21 wickets. Her promotion to the women’s B Grade is a testament to her ability at such a young age!🏏

🔴⚫️2023/24 WOMEN’S B GRADE BATTING AWARD⚫️🔴

What a stellar season .spamm had! Finishing up with 596 runs for the season!🏏

No wonder she left the awards night with a suite of awards including this one for top batter for the Women’s B grade team🏆

🔴⚫️2023/24 1st Grade Bowling Award⚫️🔴

Not only was awarded the best player from the Finals Game when Perth won the flag, but he topped the season leader board with 38 wickets!

His bowling was on point during the season! Well done Ethan.

🔴⚫️2023/24 2ND GRADE BOWLING AWARD🔴⚫️

Another team with a successful season and Dylan’s bowling was on point! Ending the season with 24 wickets🏏

The fall of wickets was beneficial to the victory of several games during the season. Well done Dylan🏆📣

⚫️🔴3RD GRADE BOWLING AWARD🔴⚫️

The Awards Night saw awarded the top bowler for the 3rds.

He finished the season with 30 wickets in total which was extremely impressive🏏

⚫️🔴4TH GRADE BOWLING AWARD🔴⚫️

The last award for the senior men’s went to . His bowling helped them secure at spot in the semi finals. He finished the season with 27 wickets🏏

What a great season the captain of the 4ths had!

To round off our men’s batting awards we have from the 4th grade.

The 4th grade also had a successful season missing out on the premiership. ended up with 345 runs for the season!

What a season the thirds had?!? Making it to the Grand Final they didn’t quite get across the line. had a great season and was awarded Top batter for the team!📣🏆

At our recent Awards Night was awarded the winner for the season. He scored 674 runs for the season and was instrumental in helping the 2nd grade to reach the finals.📣

Perth Cricket Club will be holding their annual AGM at the Fletcher Park Club Rooms on Monday 27th
May at 6.30pm. All interested parties are hereby invited to attend.

All current committee positions will be declared “vacant”, and any nominations received will be
announced on the evening and persons elected according to our constitution.

Anyone wishing to nominate for the incoming committee must do so in writing to the returning
officer, Shane Casserly via email by no later than Monday 20th May 2024. Any nomination must be
proposed and seconded by a Life Member or current financial member of the club.

🔴⚫️2023/24 1st Grade Batting Award Winner⚫️🔴

After sharing all of the Club awards we now move to our batting and bowling award winners.

It was no surprise that Jonathan Wells took out the batting award for the first grade with an impressive 905 runs for the season. The average was 90.5! 😱 That’s nearly a century each game!

🔴⚫️Women’s Coaches Award 2023/24⚫️🔴

Meredith was a great team player for the Women’s B Grade. Her contributions to the team earnt her the Award from the coaches.

Jade Ross was an outstanding player for the Women’s B Grade team. Ending with 99 runs and 6 wickets- she was all rounder contributor earning the Award from the coaches.

At our recent awards was the recipient of life membership at Perth Cricket Club.

Life membership is an honour bestowed on individual club member whose exceptional, loyal and outstanding service and contribution has provided a measurable benefit to the club over an extended period of time.🏏

Alan’s contribution especially with the Junior Program has been immeasurable. We thank him for his contributions to the club and helping to make it what it is today 🫶🏆

🔴⚫️RIGG MEDAL 2023/24⚫️🔴

was also the recipient of the RIGG MEDAL.

It is awarded to the best and fairest player in the senior men’s grades, as voted on by each grade captain for every match on a 3-2-1 basis.

What an amazing achievement for such a talented player!

had an amazing season going from strength to strength and was selected to represent WA!Leading the run chart for the 1st grade with 972 runs and 25 catches as wicket keeper! He led by example and got some great statistics across the rounds.🫶

What an amazing season had. Leading the run chart for the 1st grade with 905 runs and 16 wickets! He led the team beautifully by setting a great example in how to get the victories on the score board.🫶
