Nirmatrelvir comes as 150mg tablets and ritonavir comes as 100mg tablets.
A Paxlovid dose conventionally comprises of:
2 nirmatrelvir tablets
1 ritonavir tablet
You're expected to take 1 dose (2 tablets of nirmatrelvir and 1 tablet of ritonavir) twice a day, for 5 days

Paxlovid is only authorized/approved for patients who are 12 years or older who weigh more than 40 kg (88 lbs).
Children under 12, or 12 or older who weigh less than 88 lbs, should NOT be treated using Paxlovid.

Nirmatrelvir is supplied as oval, pink immediate-release, film-coated tablets debossed with “PFE” on one side and “3CL” on the other side. Each tablet contains 150 mg of nirmatrelvir with the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium stearyl fumarate. Ritonavir is supplied as white film-coated ovaloid tablets debossed with the "a" 2 Revised: 12 Oct 2022 logo and the code NK. Each tablet contains 100 mg of ritonavir with the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, sodium stearyl fumarate, and sorbitan monolaurate.
