*****October 29th STOCK UPDATE!*****
Due to extreme orders and calculating current Australian webbing availability, we can no longer guarantee any new orders on delivery time frames.

The only manufacturer of Australia webbing will be shutting its factory from 16th Dec until Jan 16th.

All current orders have been allocated webbing for their straps to be delivered as advised at time of order.
We will continue to take orders and allocate any available webbing to new straps however please be aware that we can not guarantee any delivery on new orders pre Christmas as we do not know the impact of logistics during the Christmas period especially due to the expected heavy rainfalls and flooding.

New estimated wait times for all new orders as follows:

50T/75T Sn**ch Straps = February 2022,
32T/60T Sn**ch Straps = 4-5 weeks for dispatch (No Guarantee delivery before Christmas),
100T/150T/200T Sn**ch Straps = 4 weeks for dispatch (No Guarantee delivery before Christmas),

STOCK DELAYS.....With Harvest season fast approaching mixed with floods and extreme wet conditions in the east, we have extreme backorders.

We are so busy at factory from 630am - 230pm so i am unable to take calls during this time. Please send an email and i will follow up your enquiry as quick as possible. Ive been answering emails from 3pm -2am each night.

***All new orders please be aware we are now up to a 3 week delay before dispatch. 75T orders now 6 weeks.

*****October 28th STOCK UPDATE!*****
We have been cleared out of all stock of all products and have to cut/sew and quality check all stock for orders.
Our sewing team is at full steam and we are even working weekends trying to catch up on orders.

Due to the Australian webbing manufacturer closing from Dec16th - Jan 16th we will be constantly reviewing availability of being able to supply new orders.

All current orders are on target to be fulfilled within 6 weeks however at some point we will have to advise that new orders wont be available until Feb2023.
If orders continue as they have been, this will probably happen within the next 3 weeks. All new orders placed online will be added to que and will be prioritised in order of first in first out.

We understand this is challenging as and we all need straps asap, we will endeavour to get all current orders and new orders dispatched as soon as possible.

The sewing team have been working an extra day a week trying to help catch up on pushing out orders to help all our customers get their products faster.

We only use Australian webbing and there is only one supplier left in Australia.
It takes 3-4 days to string up the machine with over 1000 threads to make around 800m-1000m of webbing depending on width of webbing.

It sounds like a lot of webbing but to give you some context, our most common sold sn**ch strap is a 75, 000kg 15m sn**ch strap.
This uses a 3ply 150mm webbing which means we use 47m of a single piece of webbing to make 1 strap. The 47m must be one piece and have no faults.
We get approx 15 straps from one delivery of webbing.

With harvesting already commencing in Queensland and about to start in nsw/Vic matched with all the extreme wet weather, we have a lot of farmers planning for a very wet season and they are ordering up to get our products for their harvesters/headers.

This is why we have large back orders and new orders expecting a 4-6 week wait for dispatch.

Just wanted to let everyone know we are working hard to get orders out as soon as possible.

0ct 14th Stock Update:

All items sold out and we are manufacturing Straps out of webbing arriving.

We can cut/sew/inspect approx 30 straps a day with around 200 straps on backorder.

New orders are approx 2-3 weeks before dispatch.

The Australian webbing manufacturer (last in Australia) called today and advised that the moter blew on the 150mm machine (for 50t/75t) Straps so we are waiting for update, this will mean minimum 3 week delays on all 50t/75t straps.

We have commenced working Saturdays to try and catch up on orders.

We will always do our best to get all orders dispatched as soon as possible and work on first in first out.

Harvest season is almost here!
