After a decade of prototypes, scientific and engineering research and development, ‘SolaTank' a PV driven thermal storage system will eliminate the need for batteries, with heating generated during daylight hours delivering the hot water needs over 24 hours. It is a classic application of linking PV to thermal inertia storage to deliver efficiently.

‘MassLinc’ long-lasting system will be a game changer globally with patents now granted around the world until 2038. 'The 'MassLinc’ air conditioner links PV to the thermal inertia of the building itself again avoid the need for batteries for 24 heating and cooling. It is ideal for room cooling and heating during daylight hours for 24 hour comfort keeping a space about 24 degC all year round. It is best applied to brick concrete or stone buildings but use of phase change thermal storage material could be used to help it work in light weight buildings or the addition of thin veneers of mass added to key walls inside buildings. Of course having a new building built out of mass wall construction would be ideal.

‘MassWall' is an invention developed initially using existing technologies but innovating to bring mass cavity wall construction in to a decarbonised realm using geo polymer. When used as ventilation heating and cooling system for fresh air ventilation requirements of buildings during working daylight hours it will help take the load of existing traditional plants as a hybrid solution for commercial and institutional buildings. We anticipate that the savings innerly lower maintenance and longer lasting of existing plant will have a 40% saving for most buildings with no batteries needed.
