Restrictions – Perth and Peel region
Masks are required in high-risk indoor settings, including:

on public transport, taxis and ride share vehicles
at hospitals, disability and residential aged care facilities.
Proof of vaccination
Proof of vaccination is required at these venues:

nightclubs
music festivals and major events for 500 people or more
pubs, taverns, hotels (hospitality areas) and ‘Special Facility Licenses’ with a capacity of more than 500 people – or these specific licensed venues that trade after midnight
events with an ‘Occasional Liquor Licence’

From Monday 31 January 2022
From Monday 31 January 2022, people aged 16 years and over must show proof of vaccination to visit the following, state-wide:

all hospitality and food and licensed venues:
including restaurants, dine-in fast food, cafes, bars, pubs, clubs, taverns
excluding food and non-alcoholic beverage takeaway services, roadhouses, and service stations
bottle shops
nightclubs
Community sport and school-based events are excluded from this requirement unless held at one of the venues listed.

You can show proof of vaccination either in a digital or paper-based form if you don’t use the ServiceWA app.

The ServiceWA app helps you activate and connect with the following state government services.

The SafeWA app — for individuals checking in at WA businesses, venues and events
Your COVID-19 digital certificate — import your certificate to present your proof of vaccination or exemption securely
Your G2G Pass — to access your travel passes when you travel into WA
