Dear friends of 3.L8TE,
We wanted to share an update with you all: for the remainder of the year, we’ll be focusing our efforts on 3.8 Baysie. As much as we love bringing you unique evening moments, we’ve made the decision to temporarily pause 3.L8TE’s evening service as of this week, due to staffing challenges.
Our goal is to make each visit to 3.8 Baysie the best it can be, so you continue to enjoy delicious meals, coffee, and the warm hospitality you’ve come to expect from us. We’re excited to give our full attention to making 3.8 Baysie an even better spot for your daytime gatherings.
Thank you for being a part of our community and for your understanding as we take this time to refocus. This isn’t goodbye to evenings forever, just a “see you later.” We’re so grateful for your support, and we can’t wait to see you during the day!

The corner of Beechboro Rd and Foyle Rd has had a glow up with new alfresco furniture, transforming this key entry point to the Bayswater town centre into a more inviting space.
